المستخلص: يسعى البحث الى ربط قضايا التنمية البشرية بالسنة النبوية أصالة وتطبيقا، فالتنمية البشرية حفزت روح التنافس في النهوض الاقتصادي والسياسي والمجتمعي، وهى في منظور الإسلام في حاجة الى بناء وتطوير متكاملين ماديا ومعنويا وعلميا وإيمانيا مما يحفظ لها التوازن والديمومة؛ لذا حوت مرتكزات الدراسة التعريف بمعاير العناية بالإنسان وتهيئته لعمارة الأرض وبناء المجتمعات، وتفعيل معاني المسؤولية المؤسسة لمبادئ التنمية البشرية، ومن أهمهما: التعليم والمعرفة، والتخصصية، والولاء، والمثابرة، والاخوة، والتسامح، والغيرة، ومدارسة أبرز معالم التنمية البشرية في دولة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم التي ارتكزت على الدستور الذي اتسم بالعدالة والرحمة بين كافة أطياف البشر بمختلف أعراقهم أديانهم ومسمياتهم، والاخاء بين المسلمين، وبناء المسجد منارة موحدة لأهل القبلة فكريا وروحيا، وتهدف الدراسة الى التقعيد لمفهوم التنمية البشرية في الإسلام، واوجه تطبيقاتها المختلفة بين الافراد والمجتمعات والمؤسسة؛ لاستشعار واقع الامة المسلمة من التنمية البشرية المعاصرة، وتعيين مواضع الخلل ومعيقات التنمية فيها، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي التحليلي لبلورة مفهوم التنمية البشرية واسسها ومعالمها من واقع الاحاديث النبوية، والمصادر والمراجع ذات الصلة.

The study attempts to relate the issues of human development with the prophetic tradition by considering its principles and implementations. Human development is the catalyst for competitiveness in economic, political and social development, therefore from the Islamic perspective it requires an integrated development spiritually, materially, faithfully and scientifically to ensure its continuity and sustainability. The foundations of the study consist of the definition of standards of nurturing human and preparing them to reform the world and build societies, activating the meanings of responsibilities based on the principles of human development namely: Education, knowledge, specialization, loyalty, patience, brotherhood, tolerance, eagerness and the study of the most stand out criteria of human development during nationhood of the Prophet PBUH. This can be concluded from the constitution that was just and merciful to all human beings regardless of their ethnicities and titles, the building of brotherhood among the Muslims by constructing the mosque to unite them spiritually and intellectually. The study aims is to fundamentally arrive at foundations of human development in Islam, its various forms of implementation among individuals, societies and corporations to understand the reality of Muslim ummah from the standpoint of contemporary human development and to identity the shortcomings and the obstacles that lie therein. This is library survey of the relevant materials and analysis of textual contents to put forward the concept, basis and criteria of human development from the Prophetic tradition and the relevant resources.
