The article aimed at shedding light on the determinants of the Egyptian politics involving Trump's ruling. It dealt with the American-Egyptian relations, discussing the strained relations on the 3rd of July, the determinants of relations during Trump's government in time of war on terrorism and the extremist organizations and the resolution of regional issues. The article also pointed out the correspondence of the American president's vision to resolve the crises of the region to the vision of the Egyptian state, the rejection of regime change by force policies, and the imposition of democracy from abroad. The article also discussed the limits of change in the American-Egyptian relations. The results of the article indicated that the election of a new US administration will lead to a shift in US-Egyptian relations after years of deterioration, which took an upward trend after the 30th June revolution and the events of 3rd July , 2013. However, it will not be a radical change, as many Egyptian analysts have predicted after the victory of President Donald Trump in the presidential elections, as confirmed also by the results of the first visit of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi to the White House on the third of April 2017. Not all the Egyptian demands have been met, which would not be implemented in light of the crises faced by the US administration internally, and which would tie the hands of the president if he really wanted to achieve them. The results also explained Trump's belief in the logic of commercial transactions in the US relations with other countries, which means that any transformation or strengthening in relations will be linked to Egypt's contribution to the United States in exchange for this transformation. This will force the Egyptian regime to formulate an integrated strategy to resolve the crises and conflicts in particular plaguing the region. That would make Egypt an irresistible force when thinking about resolving those conflicts and crises especially that the new administration believes in the importance of the Egyptian role in resolving the crises in the region and will need it for the success of its Middle Eastern policies.
