المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الأسباب التي تقف وراء انتشار ظاهرة الطلاق في المجتمع الفلسطيني، من وجهة نظر المرشدين العاملين في المحاكم الشرعية وسبل الحد منها، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال استبيان مفتوح وزع على أفراد عينة الدراسة البالغة (13) مرشد ومرشدة، العاملين في المحاكم الشرعية بمحافظات غزة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: تفضيل زوجة الأب لأبنائها عن أبناء الأخريات، وفارق السن بين الزوجين، وجهل أحد الزوجين أو كلاهما بأحكام الحياة الزوجية، وكذلك ثقافة المقبلين على الزواج لا زالت مفقودة وسطحية لا تؤهلهم لمواجهة أعباء وإجراءات الزواج، وعدم تحمل مسؤولية الأسرة وإهمالها، والمشكلات المادية، وعدم توفر السكن المستقل للزوجيْن، وسوء طباع الزوج وعدم مراعاة مشاعر الآخرين ومنهم زوجته، كما وبيّنت نتائج الدراسة كيفية الحد من هذه الظاهرة وذلك بحسن الاختيار، ورؤية كلا الزوجين لبعضهما البعض، والتوعية والثقافة الأسرية، وإعادة التوافق النفسي للمطلقة.

This study aimed to find out the reasons behind the spread of the phenomenon of divorce in Palestinian society, from the standpoint of counselors working in the Sharia courts and ways to reduce them, the study used a descriptive and analytical approach, and through an open questionnaire was distributed to the study sample of adult individuals (13) Guide the guide, workers in the Sharia courts in Gaza governorates, the study found the following results: preference for the father of her sons wife for the children of others, and the age difference between spouses, and the ignorance of one or both spouses provisions of married life, as well as the next two culture marriages are still missing and superficial does not qualify them to cope and procedures for marriage, and do not bear the family and neglect of responsibility, physical problems, and the lack of independent housing for the couple, bad tempers husband and not taking into account the feelings of others, including his wife, also showed the results of the study how to reduce this phenomenon and in good choice, and the vision of both spouses for each other, and education and culture, family and re-psychological adjustment of the absolute.
