المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية للتفويض وعلاقته بأداء معلميهم، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وكانت أداة الدراسة عبارة عن استبانة موزعة على محورين هما: التفويض وأداء المعلمين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (260) معلماً ومعلمة، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: \ 1.\ أن المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية للمجال الأول (التفويض الإداري) بلغ (46.17) درجة، وبانحراف معياري بلغ (5.5) درجة، وبوزن نسبي (68.49%) بدرجة متوسطة. \ 2.\ أن المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية للمجال الأول (التفويض الفني) بلغ (51.37) درجة، وبانحراف معياري بلغ (2.81) درجة، وبوزن نسبي (65.96%) بدرجة متوسطة. \ 3.\أن المتوسط الحسابي للدرجة الكلية للمقياس الثاني (أداء المعلمين) بلغ (107.71) درجة، وبانحراف معياري بلغ (4.99) درجة، وبوزن نسبي (76.93%) بدرجة كبيرة. \ 4.\ وجود فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية (α <0.05) في درجات ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية للتفويض الإداري من وجهة نظر معلمي مدارس الثانوية تعزى إلى متغير نوع الجنس (ذكور، إناث)، وكانت الفروق لصالح المعلمين الذكور. \ 5.\ عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (α <0.05) في درجات ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية للتفويض ومجاليه (التفويض الإداري، التفويض الفني) من وجهة نظر معلمي مدارس الثانوية تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس، دراسات عليا)، وسنوات الخدمة (أقل من 5 سنوات، من 5-10 سنوات). \ 6.\عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية للتفويض ومجاليه (التفويض الإداري، التفويض الفني) وبين مستوى أداء المعلمين الذين سنوات الخدمة لديهم أقل من 5 سنوات من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الثانوية في محافظات غزة. \

The study aimed to identify the degree of exercising delegation by the principals of secondary schools and its relation to the performance of their teachers. The researchers used the descriptive method, and the study tool was a questionnaire distributed on two axes: Delegation and performance of teachers. The study sample consisted of (260) male and female teachers. The most important results of the study were: \ 1. \The arithmetic average of the total score of the first field (Administrative delegation) reached (46.17) degree, with a standard deviation of (5.5) degrees, with a relative weight of 68.49% to a medium degree. \ 2 \The arithmetic average of the total score of the first field (technical delegation) amounted to (51.37) degree, with a standard deviation of (2.81) degrees, and a relative weight of (65.96%) to a medium degree. \ 3 \The arithmetic average of the total score of the second scale (teachers performance) reached (107.71) degree, with a standard deviation of (4.99) degrees, and a relative weight of (76.93%) to a significant level. \ 4 \ There were statistically significant differences (α <0.05) in the degrees of secondary school principals' exercise of administrative authority from the point of view of secondary school teachers, attributed to the gender variable (male, female), and the differences were in favor of male teachers. \ 5 \ The absence of statistically significant differences (α <0.05) in the high school principals' exercise of delegation and in its both field (administrative delegation, technical delegation) from the point of view of high school teachers, attributed to the variable of academic qualification (Bachelors, Post Graduate), and years of service (less than 5 years, 5-10 years). \ 6 \The absence of a statistically significant correlation between the degrees of the high school principals' exercising delegation and it’s both field (administrative delegation, technical delegation) and the level of performance of teachers whose years of service have less than 5 years from the point of view of secondary school teachers in the governorates of Gaza.
