Hasheem deal with the case of Arabic -Iraqi relation in his autoghraphy, At the same time divided it in to two stages , every one have special characteristic . The First stage : began from the path party receiped the authority in Iraq 1968 , until 1979 thisestage was distinguished by aggravated, resuit of Ideolgical path offective. The second stage 1979-2003 , which distangush by Flounder in political foreign ,Thise was resulting from felling , there is exterior danger threatn the revolution in Iraq , so, The regime mobilized all capabilit of Iraq to confrantatian the allogod danger ,as well as the nature and psychology of the Ruler ,who was rely on police working ,made him looking to function of diplomatic corps as spying and dispatching the reports ,so the diplomatic mission faulling mast of the time |
