هدف المقال إلى تناول يوميات عربية نوفمبر 2016م. وتكون المقال من عدة عناصر، ناقش العنصر الأول العمل العربي المشترك حيث ذكر أهم التحديات الراهنة التي تواجه منظومة الأمن الإقليمي العربي من محاولات تمزيق وتفتيت البلدان العربية، موضحاً أن هذه المحاولات تؤدي إلى حالة من الفوضى الإقليمية. وكشف العنصر الثاني عن العلاقات العربية -العربية حيث اتفق كل من السعودية والعراق على فتح المنافذ الحدودية وتطوير الموانئ والطرق والمناطق الحدودية المشتركة، وإعادة تشغيل خطوط الطيران من السعودية إلى العراق. وأبرز العنصر الثالث الصراع العربي –الإسرائيلي. حيث وقعت حركتا فتح وحماس اتفاق المصالحة الوطنية وإنهاء الانقسام الفلسطيني برعاية مصرية، وسط ترحيب من مختلف الفصائل الفلسطينية بالاتفاق وإشادة بالجهود المصرية التي أدت إلى الوصول إليه، وإصرار الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي على تحقيق طموحات الشعب الفلسطيني في إنهاء الانقسام وتحقيق الوحدة من أجل إنجاز المشروع الوطني وإقامة الدولة المستقلة. وسعى العنصر الرابع إلى التعرف على العلاقات العربية -الدولية. حيث نفي محمد عثمان جواري، رئيس البرلمان الصومالي بشدة إنشاء تركيا قاعدة عسكرية لها في مقديشيو، موضحاً أن ما هو موجود مجرد مراكز للتدريب وليست قاعدة عسكرية. ثم انتقل العنصر الخامس إلى المجتمع المدني حيث سلط تقرير صادر عن المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان في بريطانيا الضوء على استمرار المعاناة المزدوجة للمواطنين الفلسطينيين على يد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي وأجهزة أمن السلطة الفلسطينية في الأراضي المحتلة خلال الربع الثالث من العام 2017م. وتطرق العنصر السادس إلى شؤون قُطرِية مثل بغداد وبيروت ودمشق والقاهرة والرياض وصنعاء والكويت وطرابلس والخرطوم. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The goal of the article is to deal with Arabic diary; November 2016. The article discussed several elements. The first discussed the joint Arab action which mentioned the most important current challenges that face the Arab regional security system from attempts to disrupt and fragment the Arab countries pointing out that these attempts lead to a case of the regional chaos. The second element revealed the Arab-Arab relations where both Saudi Arabia and Iraq agreed to open the border ports and develop ports, roads and the common border areas and re-operate airlines from Saudi Arabia to Iraq. The third element highlighted the Arab-Israeli conflict where Fatah and Hamas signed a national reconciliation agreement and an end to the Palestinian division under the auspices of Egypt amid the welcome of the various Palestinian factions to the agreement and commend the Egyptian efforts that led to it and the determination of the President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi to achieve the aspirations of the Palestinian people to end the division and achieve the unity in order to complete the national project and establish the independent state. The fourth element sought to identify the Arab-international relations where Mohamed Osman Jowari, the speaker of the Somali parliament strongly denied the establishment of a military base in Mogadishu saying that what is there is a training center, not a military base. The fifth item went to the civil society where a report by the Arab organization for the Human Rights in Britain highlighted the continued suffering of the Palestinian citizens by the Israeli occupation forces and the Palestinian Authority security forces in the occupied territories during the third quarter of 2017. The sixth element dealt with national affairs such as Baghdad, Beirut, Damascus, Cairo, Riyadh, Sanaa, Kuwait, Tripoli and Khartoum.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
