المستخلص: The phenomenon of Waqf in Islam whiter image for social solidarity among the people of the community, showing the extent of this phenomenon is the spirit of love for that prevailed among the people of the Muslim community, Islam and socially worldly plans. That the Muslim community as a whole society is not without unforeseen circumstances raiding Muslims or class of them, which requires the intervention channels of assistance, and within these channels Endowment, which is in the collections of the critical solutions to heal the rift and restore the standard of living and social balance as much as possible for the community. The Waqf Islamic regime grew up with the beginning of Islam, and contributed to the promotion of civilization and nationbuilding, according to the values that educates Muslim over a naked call to make, or to stop for the sake of God. Muslims have long relay in Azman tohasten the teachings of standing duty of solidarity and collaboration, bridging the trait needy and the dissemination of science, ignorance and raising the nation. Role of Waqf in this area was that the Lord is recognized to be a volunteer at the charity contributor in building the civilization of the nation, involved in ensuring its survival and the perpetuation of its virtues. One of the results in the cessation encouraged to breed volunteering to social development initiatives and achieved; one of the objectives of the court which maintains the vitality of the endowment and support activities. These initiatives, launched the nation since the days of the Prophet Muhammad by the best prayer and purer delivery, then his companions, God bless them, and those who came after them from the followers and their followers from the Muslims to the present And our paper research tagged: "endowment and its role in strengthening the philosophy of raising initiative and the principles of volunteerism," trying endorsement Role of Waqf in strengthening the education initiative and the principles of volunteerism, because the importance of the endowment lies in the sustainability of funding, employment and development. Therefore the need arises in the need to establish a moratorium on the institutions of civil work, it has to bear interest in the establishment of endowments to sustain funding.

تشكل ظاهرة الوقف في الإسلام صورة ناصعة للتكافل الاجتماعي بين أبناء المجتمع، وتبين هذه الظاهرة مدى روح المحبة للغير التي سادت بين أبناء المجتمع المسلم، فالإسلام خطط دنيويا واجتماعيا. على أن المجتمع المسلم ككل مجتمع لا يخلو من ظروف طارئة تداهم المسلمين أو فئة منهم مما يستدعي تدخل أقنية المساعدة، وضمن هذه الأقنية الوقف الذي هو في المحصلة من الحلول الحاسمة لرأب الصداع وإعادة التوازن المعيشي والاجتماعي قدر الإمكان للمجتمع. يعد الوقف نظاما إسلاميا نشأ مع بداية الإسلام، وساهم في تعزيز حضارته وبناء دولته، بحسب القيم التي تربي المسلم علي الدعوة المجردة للبذل، أو للوقف في سبيل الله. فقد تتابع المسلمون في أزمان طويلة إلى المسارعة في البذل قياما بواجب التكافل والتآزر، وسد خلة المحتاج ونشر العلم، ورفع الجهل عن الأمة. فكان دور الوقف في هذا المجال أن ربى المسلم علي أن يكون متطوعا في أعمال الخير ساهما في بناء حضارة أمته، منخرطا في الحرص على بقائها ودوام فضائلها. وكان من نتائج الوقف في تشجيعه لتربية التطوع أن تحققت المبادرات التنموية والاجتماعية؛ وهي من الأهداف المحكمة التي تحافظ على حيوية الوقف وتدعم نشاطه. هذه المبادرات، بدأت منذ عهد نبي الأمة محمد عليه أفضل الصلاة وأزكي التسليم، ثم صحابته، رضوان الله عليهم، ومن جاء بعدهم من التابعين وأتباعهم من المسلمين إلى وقتنا الحاضر. وورقتنا البحثية الموسومة بـ "الوقف ودوره في تدعيم فلسفة تربية المبادرة وإرساء مبادئ التطوع، تحاول تظهير دور الوقف في تدعيم تربية المبادرة وإرساء مبادئ التطوع، لأن أهمية الوقف تكمن في استدامة التمويل والعمل وتطويره. لذلك فان الحاجة تظهر في ضرورة إنشاء وقف لمؤسسات العمل الأهلي، فعليها أن تضع نصب اهتمامها إنشاء وقفيات لاستدامة تمويلها.
