This study deals with a part of the colonial polarization faced by al-Maghrib al-Aqṣá (The Farthest West) at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century focusing on the politics of France and Britain as the most important colonial powers of the period. The study then overshadowed the attitude of the Germans against what Morocco was exposed to while tried to reveal the true intentions of the Germans towards Morocco's future, which became an international sphere of influence. Especially as Germany entered the colonial conflict belatedly after it completed its national unity. As far as Morocco is concerned, it tried to control this international brawl over its wealth. However, the coup in the balance of power in favour of European countries made it fall like other Arab countries under the weight of foreign influence. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. تتناول هذه الدراسة جزء من التجاذبات الاستعمارية التي تعرض لها المغرب الأقصى مع نهاية القرن 19 ومطلع القرن 20، ويكون التركيز على سياسة كل من فرنسا وبريطانيا باعتبارهما اهم القوى الاستعمارية في تلك الفترة. ثم تعرج الدراسة على موقف الألمان مما كان يتعرض له المغرب الأقصى مع محاولة الكشف عن النوايا الحقيقية للألمان تجاه مستقبل المغرب الأقصى، الذي أصبح منطقة نفوذ دولية. خاصة وان المانيا دخلت حلبة الصراع الاستعماري متأخرة، وذلك بعد أن أتمت وحدتها القومية. أما ما يخص المغرب الأقصى، فقد حاول أن يتحكم في هذا التكالب الدولي حول ثرواته. إلا أن انقلاب موازين القوى لصالح الدول الأوربية، جعله يسقط كغيرة من البلاد العربية تحت وطأة النفوذ الأجنبي. Cette étude s’inscrit dans le Maroc colonial tirant avec la fin du XIXe siècle et début du XXe siècle, l’accent est mis sur la politique de la France et la Grande-Bretagne comme les principales puissances coloniales dans cette période. Ensuite étudier la boiterie de la position allemande qu’il était contre le Maroc. Tout en essayant de découvrir les véritables intentions des Allemands vers l’avenir du Maroc, qui est devenu une zone d’influence. Surtout que l’Allemagne entre dans le ring du colonialisme un peu tard, et après qu’elle vient determiner son unité nationale. En ce qui concerne le Maroc, il pourrait essayer de contrôler cette ruée internationale sur sa fortune. Mais le coup d’état de l’équilibre des pouvoirs en faveur des pays européens, lui a faittomber comme tous les autres pays arabes sous l’influence étrangère. |
