|f The crime of defamation in the domain of information technology is a topical issue for ordinary citizens in general and journalists in particular. The offence of defamation is a misdemeanor subject to the rules of the organic law related to information of 2012 as well as the rules of the criminal law. |d L'infraction de diffamation dans le domaine des technologies de l'information fait l'objet de l'heure pour le citoyen ordinaire en général et le journaliste en particulier. La diffamation publique est un délit de presse, soumis au régime de la loi organique n° 12-05 du 12 janvier 2012 relative à l’information et au juge pénal. Le fait que l'infraction soit commise sur le réseau internet, un blog, un forum de discussion, un réseau social, etc … caractérise le caractère public de l'infraction et rend donc possible la poursuite en justice de l'auteur des propos diffamatoires.

|a تعتبر جريمة القذف في نطاق تكنولوجيا المعلومات موضوع الساعة بالنسبة للمواطن العادي بوجه عام والصحفي بوجه خاص. وتشكل جريمة القذف جنحة تخضع لقواعد القانون العضوي المتعلق بالإعلام لسنة 2012 وكذا قواعد القانون الجنائي. وحقيقة أن الجريمة ترتكب من طرف الصحفي عبر شبكة الأنترنت أو منتديات حوارية أو شبكات تواصل اجتماعي... يجعل من الممكن مباشرة الإجراءات القانونية والقضائية في حق الصحفي.
