المستخلص: The researcher brought to light the love of the Prophet (peace be upon him) of Makkah and then Al-Madinah .The love of homeland is innate and Islam is an innate religion. He mentioned that the homeland has some rights, just as defense and the help of its people. He added that citizenship in the Arabian peninsula is for Muslims only. The expulsion of people from their homeland without right is injustice and offensive and Allah, the Almight, linked it with the slay of life Allah has made sacred except for just cause .
