المستخلص: يكون التوافق الاجتماعي أبعد عن التحقق عندما يفتقد لأفراد الالتزام القوي المعايير. ويكونون أكثر تأثرا بمصالحهم الذاتية، ويظهر ذلك عندما يكون من الصعب أو المستحيل تحقيق ما يصبو إليه الأفراد من غايات بوسائل مشروعة. فقد يرغبون في ما يراه أفراد المجتمع الآخرون أهداف تستحق السعي لها إلا أن افتقادهم الإمكانات يحول بينهم وبين تحقيق هذه الأهداف عبر الالتزام بالقواعد الاجتماعية والتي لا يلتزمون بها التزاما قويا- فاللامعيارية إذا تشير إلى حالة تسود بين جماعة يكثر فيها عدد الذين يفشلون في تحقيق الأهداف الثقافية بوسائل غير مقبولة اجتماعيا. بسبب نقص تلك الوسائل في البيئة الاجتماعية. وصعوبة الوصول إليها، نتيجة اختلال التوازن البنائي بين الأهداف والوسائل.

Alors, l’anomie fait référence à la situation qui prévaut entre le groupe multiplier par le nombre de personnes qui ne parviennent pas à atteindre les objectifs culturels par des moyens socialement inacceptables, en raison de manque de tels moyens dans l'environnement social, et la difficulté d'accès, à la suite du déséquilibre structurel entre les objectifs et les moyens.

Social harmony is far from being achieved when individuals lack strong commitment to standards. They are more effected by their own interests and it is shown when it is difficult or impossible to achieve the ends of the individuals in a legitimate way. They may want what other members of the society see as goals that deserve to be pursued but their lack of potentials prevents them from achieving these goals by adhering to social norms that they are not strongly committed to . If anomie refers to a state prevailing among a large number of people who fail to achieve cultural goals by socially unacceptable means, this is due to a lack of these means in the social environment and the difficulty of reaching them because of structural imbalances between the objectives and the means.
