المستخلص: The biography of King Abdul Aziz (may his soul rest in peace) establishes an important historical period in the Arabian Peninsula in general and in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah in particular. It is a turning point from a period of conflicts, bloody events, disturbance of the peace, ignorance and underdevelopment to a period of stability, development of civilization, culture, economics, health and solid structure in all aspects. Hence, the importance of this dissertation presented by the researcher and the effects made by King Abdul Aziz(may his soul rest in peace) in the development of the scientific, social, administrative and security aspects in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
