توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج جاءت نتاجا للتكامل بين جانبي الدراسة النظري الذي تم الاعتماد فيه على الدراسات والكتابات ذات الصلة المباشرة أو غير المباشرة بالموضوع المدروس، والجانب العملي الذي تم تطبيقه على 245 عضوا ومتطوعا في منظمات المجتمع المدني في مدينة مصراته/ ليبيا، وقد أمكن التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج ذات العلاقة المباشرة بموضوع الدراسة، كما تم تحديد مجموعة من الخصائص العامة التي اتصف بها مجتمع الدراسة، ومن ثم التعرض لاتجاهات ومواقف المبحوثين اتجاه موضوع الدراسة: 1-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لعينة الدراسة "النوع" وكل من ( تأييد تولي المرأة لمراكز قيادية مهمة في المجتمع المدني) (مدى مشاركة المرأة في أنشطة المجتمع المدني) (المنظمات حاليا في وضع يسمح لها بالمشاركة(، و لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لعينة الدراسة "النوع" على العبارات، )مدى المشاركة (،) الأسلوب الذي يستخدمه المدير(،) مدى أهمية المنظمات في التنمية(، )توقع ازدياد المشاركة). 2-توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لعينة الدراسة" العمر" وكل من )تأييد تولي المرأة لمراكز قيادية مهمة دور في المجتمع المدني) (مدى أهمية منظمات المجتمع المدني في مشروعات التنمية( )المنظمات حاليا في وضع يسمح لها بالمشاركة( و لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لعينة الدراسة" العمر "وكل من )مدى المشاركة (، )مدى مشاركة المرأة (،) مدى اهتمام المدير بالمدير بالمشاركة(، )توقع ازدياد المشاركة( 3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لعينة الدراسة "المستوى التعليمي بين كل من "تولي المرأة لمراكز قيادية مهمة في المجتمع المدني) (اهتمام المديرين بمشاركة الأعضاء المتطوعون في أنشطة المنظمة ) (توقع ازدياد الاقبال على المشاركة في الفترة اللاحقة)، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لعينة الدراسة "المستوى التعليمي" على العبارات (مدى المشاركة)، (تولي المرأة للقيادة، أهمية المنظمات في التنمية)، (وضع المنظمات الحالي). 4- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لعينة الدراسة "المهنة" وبين كل من (تولي المرأة لمراكز قيادية مهمة دور في المجتمع المدني) (اهتمام المديرين بمشاركة الأعضاء المتطوعون في أنشطة المنظمة) ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لمتغير "المهنة" على عبارات الدراسة (مدى المشاركة)، (ومدي مشاركة المرأة )، (مدى أهمية المنظمات في التنمية )، (وضع المنظمات الحالي)، (توقع ازدياد المشاركة). 5- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لعينة الدراسة "الدخل الشهري وبين كل من (اهتمام المديرين بمشاركة الأعضاء المتطوعون في أنشطة المنظمة) (المنظمات حاليا في وضع يسمح لها بالمشاركة)، (قيادة المرأة للمنظمة)، (مدى مشاركة المرأة)، (مدى أهمية المنظمات في التنمية)، (توقع ازدياد المشاركة). 6- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لمتغير "الخبرة" على جميع متغيرات الدراسة
The study reached a number of results which were the result of the integration between the two sides of the theoretical study, which relied on studies and writings that are directly or indirectly related to the studied subject, and the practical aspect that was applied to 245 members and volunteers in civil society organizations in the city of Misrata / A set of general characteristics that characterized the study community, and then exposure to the attitudes and attitudes of the respondents towards the subject of the study: - 1 There are statistically significant differences according to the sample of the study "gender" and the "support of women to important leadership positions in civil society" (the extent of women's participation in civil society activities) (organizations are currently in a position to participate), and there are no differences Statistical significance according to the sample of the study "gender" on the terms, (extent of participation), (method used by the manager), (importance of organizations in development), (expectation of increased participation). - 2 There are statistically significant differences according to the sample of the study "age" and "support for women's role in important civil society centers" (the range of importance of civil society organizations in development projects) (organizations are currently in a position to participate) and there are no differences (The extent of participation), (extent of participation of women), (extent of interest of director in participation), (expectation of increased participation). - 3 There are statistically significant differences according to the sample of the study, "Educational level," in which the participation of the volunteer members in the activities of the organization is considered (the expectation of increased participation in the subsequent period), and there are no significant differences Statistics according to the "educational level" sample of the terms (extent of participation), (women's leadership, importance of organizations in development), (current status of organizations). - 4 There are significant differences according to the sample of the study "profession" and both (women assume leadership positions important role in civil society) (the interesting of mangers in the participation of volunteer members in the activities of the organization) and there are no differences of statistical significance according to the variable "profession" (Extent of participation), (extent of participation of women), (importance of organizations in development), (status of existing organizations), (expectation of increased participation). - 5 There are significant differences according to the sample of the study "monthly income and each (the interest of managers with the participation of volunteers in the activities of the Organization) (organizations are currently in a position to participate) and there are no differences of statistical significance according to the variable" income "on the terms of study (Extent of participation), (women's leadership of the organization), (extent of women's participation), (importance of organizations in development), (expectation of increased participation). - 6 There are no statistically significant differences according to the variable "experience" on all study variables .
