إن ما يفضي به الإنسان إلي آخر مستكتما إياه من قبل أو من بعد؛ يسمي سراً والناظر في الأسرار يجدها تنقسم إلي عدة أنواع: منها الأسرار الشخصية والمهنية وأسرار الدولة فجميع هذه الأسرار قد حرم الشارع إفشائها بل عدها أمانة من الأمانات وعهداً من العهود التي يجب الوفاء بها ولا يجوز إفشاؤها إلا وفق ضوابط لكن هنالك من ضعاف النفوس من يخالف الحكم الشرعي فيكشف السر وذلك إما لعدم تقديره للعواقب والتأثر بالبيئة أو بهدف التقرب من ذوي السلطان والجاه وإما للتجسس والتحسس أو العمل لحساب أفراد أو جهات مشبوهة مقرضة وإما من اجل الهجر والقطيعة أو المزاج والتفكه فإذا حدث إفشاء للأسرار بأي سبب من الأسباب فإنها حتماً ستؤدي إلي أثار وخيمة منها سلب الأموال وانتهاك الأعراض وسفك الدماء وكذلك الفرقة والتمزق وإهدار حقوق الأخوة وحرمان الاجر والثواب وعلاوة علي ذلك فقدان الثقة من قلوب الناس والقلق والاضطراب النفسي إلا أنه مع هذه الأثار العظيمة المترتبة علي إفشاء الأسرار توجد بعض الحالات التي يجوز فيها البوح بها تتمثل في انقضاء حالة السر كأن يبوح به صاحبه أو تنقضي الأضرار والمفاسد التي من اجلها كتم السر أو يحل الأجل الذي ضرب له أو يموت صاحب السر دون أن يضر بالأحياء أو يدفع بالكشف خطراً عظيماً ماثلاً أو يؤدي الكتمان إلي ضرر أبلغ من ضرر الإفشاء.
When a person tells another one something and asks, him not to reveal it, it is called a secret. If you look closely into secrets you will find that they are divided into: Personal, professional and state secrets. All these secrets have been forbidden by the legislator. Moreover, it is considered as a trust and an obligation which should be revealed only through- strong restrictions. There are some weak individuals who disobey the legislative judgment and reveal secrets because either of bad judgment of the consequences or under the influence of the surroundings or to please men of authority and influence them or for the sake of personal mood and fun. Thus, if secrets are revealed by any of these reasons, they will certainly lead to bad consequences such as stealing money, bloodshed, breaking reputations and also causing disputes and violation of brotherhood rights and finally losing Allah reward in the judgment day. Revealing secrets will cause the lost of confidence, restless and psychological disturbance between individuals. In spite of these bad consequences, there are certain cases that dictate the reveal of a secret; such as: when the secret was revealed by its owner or when the damage would no longer occurred if the secret is revealed or when the period of keeping a secret is expired or on death of the secret owner without effecting the survivals, or, for the sake of stopping a great danger and lastly when keeping a secret leads to a greater damage than revealing it.
