المستخلص: The nomadie community is one of the issues that both the social anthropology and the social education give much concern. This type of communities has its own privacy and it is distinguished by its special nature and its social structure. With regard to the educational system of this community. It is suffering from some problems and obstructions and therefore failed to achieve its utmost objectives. This study is not only an attempt to investigate, but to identify the causes and the negative effects as well as to find out future solutions which will guarantee proper learning for the individuals. This study is expected to add and enrich the social anthropology studies that were being implemented before. The conductors of the research adopted the descriptive and analytic methodology accompanied by the interview and the questionnaire techniques for data collection. The study has reached the following results as factors responsible for the academic instability. -The overload responsibilities partially affected the teachers performance. - The increasing numbers of the pupils in the absence of the teaching materials in addition to the lack of on-the-job training to both the teachers and supervisors. - Lacking a harmonious uniformity among the nomads schools as a result of the usual departure and the seasonal stability. -The tribal conflicts and distbutes over grazing areas. - The absence of proper educational policies and future diagnostic methodologies. -The lack of pupils housing in addition to the use of local building materials. - The insufficient funds appropriated for the cover the shortage in addition to recruiting assistant cadres to lessen the burden on teachers. The recommendations -Review and reevaluation of the curriculum for the purpose of admitting the nomads way of living. - Establishing new schools and reopening the housing compounds. - Finding a final solution to the tribal confects and all the security threats.

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أهم المشكلات والصعوبات التي يواجهها تعليم البدو الرحل وطرق علاجها، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج التحليلي الوصفي ودراسة الحالة وأداة الاستبيان والمقابلة والملاحظة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: - الأعباء الكثيرة الملقاة على عاتق المعلم بجانب دوره في التعلم أثر ذلك في أدائه لأدواره التعليمية. - ارتفاع أعداد التلاميذ للمعلم الواحد، وعدم وجود وسائل حديثة بمدارس البدو، وندرة فرص التدريب سواء للمعلم أو الموجهين الذين يعلمون في حقل تعليم البدو الرحل. أما الصعوبات العامة: - عدم تناغم مدرسة البدو والترحال ونمط الاستقرار الموسمي. - الصراعات القبلية والنزاعات على الرعي أثرت على الاستقرار الأكاديمي لمدارس الرحل. - غياب الاستراتيجيات والخطط المنهجية التي تشخص تعليم البدو وما يجب أن يكون عليه. - ضعف الميزانيات المخصصة لتعليم البدو الرحل. وقد أوصت الدراسة بمقترحات للحل منها: - إعادة النظر في بعض المناهج الخاصة بتعليم البدو الرحل حتى تستوعب جزء من الواقع المجتمعي والنمط المعيشي لهم. - زيادة أعداد المعلمين للفصل الواحد والتقليل من الأعباء الملقاه على عاتق المعلم تعيين الكوادر الخدمية الأخرى التي تلبي حاجات المجتمع من غير التعليم. - وضع خطط لكل ما ينجم من مخاطر ومهددات تقليل الصراعات والنزاعات القبلية لإيجاد الحلول الناجعة.
