This work aims to highlight some aspects of the game’s organization, which according to Mahler (1986) and Théodorescu (1977) determines, inevitably, the level of the play in football. First, we are interested in aspects of the organization of Algerian national football game. Then, we have focused our analysis, especially on the game’s systems, animation, tactics, and game’s strategy. Finally, on the offensive, defensive organization, and transitions in the game. The second part proposes an analysis of the organization, sets of seven football teams in Algerian Division A, under two aspects: one is related to qualitative which reports to the game’s organization well said for systems and tactical gaming, the other focuses on the quantitative recovery of ball (number of balls recovered by the area). In what is essential about our results, shows the difficulty of mastering the parameters of the play’s organization, which depends on a rigorous and systematic design process of education and training of young football player. The current organization of Algerian football does not give to trainers and coaches, a methodical approach responding to the requirements of modern football.
Ce travail a pour objectif de mettre en évidence certains aspects de l’organisation de jeu, qui selon Mahler (1986) et Théodorescu (1977), déterminent inéluctablement, le niveau de jeu en football. Nous nous sommes intéressés aux aspects de l’organisation de jeu du football national. Nous avons porté notre analyse, particulièrement, sur les systèmes de jeu et leur animation, sur la tactique et la stratégie de jeu et enfin sur l’organisation offensive et défensive, et les transitions dans le jeu. Cette étude porte sur l’analyse de l’organisation de jeu de sept équipes de football de division1 Algérienne, sous deux aspects, l’un qualitatif se rapporte à l’organisation de jeu proprement dite, aux systèmes et tactiques de jeu, l’autre quantitative porte sur la récupération de balle (nombre de ballons récupérés par zone). Dans ce qu’il y a d’essentiel, nos résultats montrent toute la difficulté de maitrise des paramètres de l’organisation de jeu, tributaire d’une conception rigoureuse et méthodique du processus de formation et d’entraînement du jeune footballeur. L’organisation actuelle de notre football ne permet pas, aux formateurs et entraîneurs, une approche méthodique répondant aux exigences du football moderne.
