| 520 | |b This study comes at a time when efforts are being made to introduce reform of educational policies and to develop scientific research in the Arab world. The study discusses the educational research and its application in the educational field from an analytical perspective. It also demonstrates the most important obstacles that prevent the utilization of scientific research results, including those of educational research, to solve educational problems that hinder the development of education. The study proposes a systematic and practical vision of the optimal method to make educational research relevant and beneficial in the field of education. Hence, the study proposes improving educational research in the Arab world. | ||
