520 |d Nous abordons dans cet article l’image artistique…notre choix a été inspiré par la valeur de l’artfiguratif en soi-même en tout qu’invention humaine et sur sa capacité à transmettre les messages et à exprimer les sentiments de l’artiste envers son milieu social et culturel et historique. Ce qui donne à cette image une importance majeure dans les sciences de la communication. Et pour but d’apporter un éclairage sur la vraie signification des motifs, des forme, et des couleurs qui traitent de la structure de cette image, il nous faut comprendre son langage et son propre vocabulaire et qu’on appel les signes visuelles .Ces signes nous permettent une analyse sémiologique qui à son tour permet de dévoiler le sens de l’image et d’en déduire les vérités cachées. 
520 |a لقد ترجم فن الرسم ولآلاف السنين، أقراح الناس وأفراحهم. آمالهم وآلامهم. مشاعرهم وأفكارهم. إيمانهم وكفرهم... كل هذا وأكثر، ولكن دونما تلفظ بكلمة واحدة، فمفردات الصورة لم تكن سوى خط وشكل ولون. هذه المفردات البكماء ذات القوة التأثيرية الخارقة هي ما شغل عقول الباحثين في علوم الاتصال وعلى رأسها علم السيميائيات الذي رأى في الصورة الفنية نصاً مفتوحا قابلا للقراءة والتأويل تماما كالنص الشعري أو النثري... الاختلاف الوحيد هو طبيعة اللغة الموظفة وطبيعة وحداتها وشبكاتها العلائقية. وشغل السيميائي فيها هو تفكيك هذه العلامات ثم إعادة بنائها من جديد من أجل الوصول إلى الإجابة عن "كيف قالت الصورة ما قالته وما الذي تعنيه؟". 
520 |f For thousands of years, the art of painting has translated the joys and hardships of people. Their hopes and their pain. Their feelings and thoughts. Their faith and their disbelief. All this and more, but without uttering a single word, the vocabulary of the picture has been nothing but a line, shape, and color. These dumb words with super powerful influence are what occupied the minds of researchers in communication sciences, especially semiotics, who saw in the artistic image an open text capable of reading and interpretation, just like the poetic or prose text. The only difference is the nature of the language employed and its units and relational networks. And the work of semiotics in it is to dismantle these signs and then rebuild them again to reach the answer to "How did the picture say what it said and what did it mean?"
