|f The study aims to address the role of successive sports legislation in the development of school sports in Algeria, starting with the legislation of the first sport in Algeria, Order 76-81, which stipulated the compulsory practice of sport in educational institutions until the promulgation of Law 05-13, which consolidated the obligation of sports practices introduced by the previous legislation. In addition to activating the work of schools, high schools, centers, and sports departments, by clarifying the obstacles that prevent them from carrying out the tasks assigned to them, represented by the formation of young talents and taking care of them as the main pillar of the elite national teams in the team and individual sports, while giving an overview of the tasks assigned to the National Olympic Sports School In the province of Sétif, the framework for school sports and why not activate it nationally and spread it across the entire national territory due to the results it achieves in various sports in coordination with the State Association of School Sports.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021

|d L'objectif de l'étude est d’aborder le rôle des législation successives du sport dans le développement du sport scolaire en Algérie à partir du premier codification sportif en Algérie, selon la loi n ° 76-81, qui stipule que la pratique du sport est obligatoire dans les établissements d'enseignement jusqu'à la promulgation de la loi n °13- 05, qui a ancré ce qui est apporté par La législation qui l'a précédé de l'obligation de pratiquer le port , en plus d'activer le travail des écoles, des lycées ,des Centres et départements du sport en démontrant les obstacles qui ne permettent pas d'exercer ses fonctions, et qui consistent la formation de jeunes talents et de l’occupation d’eux en tant que pilier de base des équipes de l'élite nationale en sports collectifs et individuels en donnant un aperçu des tâches confiées à l'École nationale de l'Etat des sports olympiques de la wilaya de Sétif dans le cadre du sport scolaire et pourquoi pas les activer au niveau national Et les diffuser sur l'ensemble du territoire national étant donné des résultats obtenus dans des différents sports en coordination avec l'Association de l'Etat du sport scolaire.

|a الهدف من الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى دور التشريعات الرياضية المتعاقبة في تطوير الرياضة المدرسية بالجزائر ابتداء من أول تقنين رياضي في الجزائر الأمر 76 – 81 الذي نص على اجبارية ممارسة الرياضة في المؤسسات التعليمية إلى غاية صدور القانون 13 – 05 الذي كرس ما جاءت به التشريعات التي سبقته من اجبارية لممارسة الرياضة، بالإضافة إلى تفعيل عمل المدارس والثانويات والمراكز وأقسام الرياضة وذلك من خلال تبيان المعوقات التي تحول دون قيامها بالمهام الموكلة لها، والمتمثلة في تكوين المواهب الشابة والاهتمام بها باعتبارها الركيزة الأساسية لفرق النخبة الوطنية في الرياضات الجماعية والفردية، مع إعطاء لمحة عن المهام الموكلة للمدرسة الوطنية للرياضات الأولمبية بولاية سطيففي، إطار الرياضة المدرسية ولما لا تفعيلها وطنياً وتعميمها عبر كامل التراب الوطني نظراً للنتائج التي تحققها في مختلفة الرياضات بالتنسيق مع الرابطة الولائية للرياضة المدرسية.
