المستخلص: The research topic revolves around monitoring the reality of the sports journalist's right to access sports information in light of Algerian media legislation, given the recent development of the laws regulating the media in Algeria and the democratic gains that have been entrenched after political and media pluralism. The study tries to monitor the gains achieved by the Algerian sports media from these legislations, which guarantee the citizen's right to sports information by enabling the sports journalist to access news sources, and this is through the opinions of sports journalists since they are the actual practitioners of this right and are able to assess the effectiveness of legislation that guarantees this right on the ground.

Le thème de ce sujet porte sur le droit d’observation et l’accès à l’information sportive sous l’égide des législations médiatiques algériennes qui régissent cette loi en voix de développement ce dernier temps, un acquis instauré notamment après le pluralisme politique et médiatique que l’étude de ce sujet voulant mettre en valeur par la concrétisation de cette loi et le droit d’accès à la source de l’information grâce à l’abnégation et la rigueur des journalistes par l’application de ce droit constitutionnel qui demeure au service du citoyen.

إن موضوع البحث يدور حول رصد واقع حق الصحفي الرياضي في الوصول إلى المعلومة الرياضية في ظل التشريعات الإعلامية الجزائرية بالنظر إلى التطور الذي شهدته القوانين المنظمة لحقل الإعلام في الجزائر مؤخرا، والمكاسب الديمقراطية التي تكرست بعد التعددية السياسية والإعلامية، فالدراسة تحاول رصد المكاسب التي حققها الإعلام الرياضي الجزائري من هذه التشريعات والتي تكفل حق المواطن في المعلومة الرياضية من خلال تمكين الصحفي الرياضي من الوصول إلي مصادر الأخبار، وهذا من خلال آراء الصحفيين الرياضيين كونهم الممارسين الفعليين لهذا الحق والقادرين على تقييم نجاعة التشريعات التي تكفل هذا الحق في أرض الواقع.
