المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى تطوير مهارة تثبيت ترددات النغمات الصادرة عن آلة الناي عند الطلبة المبتدئين في العزف عليها في قسم الموسيقى بجامعة اليرموك في الأردن، وذلك عن طريق تأليف تمارين لآلة الناي بمصاحبة آلة البيانو، حيث تمثلت أهمية البحث بما يمكن أن يصل إليه من مردود إيجابي يعود على الطلبة، من خلال إكسابهم مهارة جيدة في العزف على هذه الآلة. وقد اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي (تحليل المحتوي)، وتناول الإطار النظري من البحث أهم الدراسات التي اهتمت بتقنيات آلة الناي وتعليم العزف عليها، كما احتوى على نبذة عن التاريخ الحديث لآلة الناي وأهم الكتب التي اهتمت في تعليم العزف عليها، وتقنيات إصدار الصوت من آلة الناي وعلاقتها في ثبات تردد النغمات الصادرة عنها، بالإضافة إلى التعريف بدور آلة البيانو كآلة مصاحبة وتوضيح دوافع توظيفها في مصاحبة التمارين المؤلفة لآلة الناي، وقد احتوى الإطار التطبيقي من البحث على معايير تأليف التمارين المقترحة، والتدوين الموسيقي لها، ودوافع تأليف تلك التمارين والأهداف المرجوة منها، وقد قدم الباحث في نهاية البحث مجموعة من النتائج التي استخلصها، والتي يعتبر من أهمها أن يتعلم الطالب مهارة الاستماع الجيد والدقيق من خلال المقارنة المستمرة للنغمات الصادرة عن آلة الناي مع النغمات الصادرة عن آلة البيانو. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث التوصيات المقترحة.

This research aims at developing pitch recognition skills for beginner students learning to play the Nay at the Faculty of Music in the University of Yarmouk. This was achieved by composing several exercises to be played by the Nay and accompanied by the piano, followed by a demonstration of the positive outcomes of this experiment on the students; as they proved to have gained decent performing skills with the use of these exercises. The researcher used historical facts to state the contemporary history of the Nay, descriptive methods for analyzing the contents of the research, as well as theoretical components that reviewed the most important studies regarding the teaching methods of the Nay and the technicalities of producing sounds from it, while illustrating the relation between the technique of playing and the stability of sound frequencies produced by the instrument. \ Furthermore, the study introduced the role of the piano as an accompaniment instrument and emphasized the purpose and importance of this accompaniment. The methodological section of the study entailed the standards of composing the suggested exercises, their musical notation, and the aims and benefits of these exercises. The researcher finally presented the concluded results of the study; where the ability of the student to develop good listening skills, in addition to recognizing and comparing the different pitches produced by the Nay and the Piano were considered the most essential results. Based on the study results, the researcher gave some progressive recommendations as a conclusion to the research.
