|a يتخلل كثيرا من البيئات العمرانية التقليدية مبان معمارية بارزة تعبر عن نفوذ شخصيات سياسية واجتماعية ومكانتها، كما تعبر عن الحماية الأمنية والمستوى المعيشي لبعض الأسر. وتشمل هذه المباني القصور والحصون والقلاع المختلفة الأحجام والوظائف التي تشعر بالأهمية وترمز إلى القوة والحصانة الدفاعية والمسؤولية. وسنتناول في هذه الدراسة أحد هذه المباني ألا وهو (قصر الشريعة بمحافظة الخرج) الذي يعد من أبرز المباني التاريخية التي تدل على فن معماري محلي صمم وشيد بأيد محلية، تجلت في مجموعة الخصائص المعمارية التي سلط الضوء عليها في هذه الدراسة التي تعد دراسة معمارية توثيقية، أبرزت تلك الخصائص وفق مراحل تحليلية.

|b It permeates much of the traditional urban environments architectural buildings prominent expression of the influence and prestige of a social and political figures, as expressing security protection and standard of living for some families. These include buildings, palaces, forts and castles of different sizes and functions, which is important and symbolize the strength and immunity defense and responsibility. We will discuss in this study one of these buildings: the “Palace of Sharia Al-Kharj”, which is one of the most historic buildings that indicate the architectural local designed and constructed local hands, reflected in the architectural characteristics highlighted in this study group, through architectural study documentary, highlighted these characteristics ac¬cording to analytical stages.
