المستخلص: يتناول المقال جانب من التاريخ المحلي الذي بقي في كثير من الحالات مهملا في الكتابات الوطنية، واخترنا كجزء منه مسألة دور العائلات النافذة والقيادة الأهلية كنمط في الإدارة والتسيير الاستعماري في الجزائر، خاصة ما تعلق منها بالأقاليم المحلية الداخلية، التي أخذنا منطقة الحضنة كمثال لذلك، وانطلاقا من الوثائق الأرشيفية المحلية والأجنبية نحاول تسليط الضوء على دور عائلة بوضياف الكبيرة بداية الاحتلال الفرنسي للمنطقة وتداعيات هذه القيادة على نسق المجتمع التقليدي في الفترة الممتدة بين بداية الاحتلال العسكري وبداية الإدارة المدنية للحضنة 1838-1871.

Cette communication aborde une question de l'histoire régionale de l'Algérie qui a été souvent oublier des recherches historique, qui fut "l'administration des indigènes durant la période coloniale et le rôle des familles influentes telles les Boudiaf dans le Hodna".en basent sur les documents d'archives locales et étrangères nous voulons suivre l'évolution et les conséquences de cette administration entre 1838-etv 1971 dans cette région.

The article focuses on an often overlooked aspect of local history within national narratives. Specifically, it delves into the role of influential families and civil leadership as a model in colonial administration and management in Algeria, with a particular focus on the Hodna as an example of an internal local region. Drawing from local and foreign archival documents, the article aims to illuminate the role of the prominent Boudiaf family during the early stages of French occupation in the region. Additionally, it explores the repercussions of this leadership on the traditional societal structure during the period spanning from the commencement of military occupation to the initiation of civil administration in Hodna (1838-1871).
