|d Depuis la décennie noire, l’algérie à connu une recrudescence considérable des disparition, ou les proches se trouvant devant une mort incertaine à cause de l’absence de dépouille du défunt qui engendre des complications dans le déroulement du travail de deuil et ce qui nous tentons d’expliquer dans cette recherche. Ainsi, notre recherche a porté sur le cas d’Assia dont son frère à disparu depuis 3 ans. Nous nous sommes basés sur la méthode clinique avec l’analyse de contenu et l’échelle d’évaluation quantitative du deuil ICG. Le travail de deuil commence par voir la dépouille du défunt de le toucher, l’embrasser ….etc. par contre l’absence du dépouille laisse les proches dans une incertitude et des questions sans réponses sur la mort, dans ce cas le deuil ne pourra pas débuter car l’endeuillé reste dans la première étape le déni et développe un deuil compliqué.

|b Since the black decade Algeria has experienced an upsurge in disappearance, or relatives facing an uncertain death, because of the remains absence which leads to complication in the course of bereavement work. Which we attempted to explain in this research. So, our study focused on the case of Assia whose has a brother disappeared for 3 years. We used clinical method, analyzing an inventory of a complicated grief. Breavement work stars by seeing the remain, touch it, kiss it...etc. On the other hand, remains absence leaves relatives in uncertainly and unanswered questions about death, in this case the bereavement will not begin because the breaved one stays in the first stage denial.

|a تتناول هذه الدراسة العشرية السوداء عرفت الجزائر ارتفاعا مفاجئا في فقدان الأشخاص، اين يجد أقرباء المفقودين انفسهم امام موت غير مؤكد بسبب غياب الجثة مما يؤدي الى تعقيدات في عملية الحداد، وهذا ما سنحاول فهمة في هذا البحث، حيث تناولنا الحالة اسيا التي اختفى اخوها منذ 3 سنوات حيث قمنا باعتماد المنهج الاكلينيكي باستخدام تحليل المضمون ومقياس التصنيف الكمي للحداد المعقد، علما ان عملية الحداد تبدأ بالوفاة الا ان رؤية الميت في حد ذاته، لمسه، تقبيله، توديعه، لآخر مرة حيث ان غيابه يترك شكوك واسئلة دون إجابات ما يعطل عملية الحداد ويبقيها في المرحلة الأولى: مرحلة الانكار.
