المستخلص: Jebel Ressas was a landscape and mining fortune in Tunisia which was exploited and abandoned today because of discontinuance of the extractions, the failure of the renewal of the mining extraction on the one hand and the absence of a political decision of its reuse on the other hand.
The decommissioning of waste from existing waste heaps, and the rehabilitation of the existing ruins, such as the foundry and tannery into a mining archaeological museum, and the redevelopment of the space surrounding the factory, is considered an urgent need for the good of the urban landscape of the village of Jebel Ressas, and the revitalization of the area to the point of exploiting it for industrial tourism purposes.

Le Jebel Ressas était une fortune paysager et minier de la Tunisie qui a été exploité et aujourd’hui délaissé vu l’arrêt des extractions, faute la non renouvellement des extraits miniers d’une part et l’absence d’une décision politique de son réutilisation d’autre part.
La désaffectation des déchets des terrils existants, et la réhabilitation des ruines existant en l’occurrence la fonderie et la tannerie en un musée archéologique miniers, et le réaménagement de l’espace entourant l’usine, est un besoin urgent pour le bien du paysage urbain du village de Jebel Ressas, et la revitalisation de la région au point de l’exploiter pour des fins touristiques industrielles.
