|a تتناول الدراسة مسارات القضية الفلسطينية بعد الربيع العربي منطلقة من الأسس التاريخية لذلك، من خلال التركيز على أهم المحطات، مثل محطة أوسلو وآثارها السلبية على القضية الفلسطينية، ومحطة الربيع العربي وتحولاتها الكبيرة، وما تلا ذلك من ظروف ومحددات. ترى الدراسة أن واقع المنطقة يمر بمرحلة انتقالية غير واضحة المعالم، ربما تأخذ من 5 إلى 10 سنوات، وتضع الدراسة 4 سيناريوهات للقضية الفلسطينية، مع ترجيحها لسيناريو تسويق الاحتلال الاسرائيلي لفكرة الحكم الذاتي تحت السيادة الفلسطينية، من خلال تدجين السلطة الفلسطينية، وترى الدراسة أن كل السيناريوهات تحمل في رحمها تناقضا بين سياسة الأمر الواقع التي يفرضها الاحتلال، وتطلعات الشعب الفلسطيني.
|b This study addresses the tracks of the Palestinian issue after the Arab Spring focusing on the most important stages. such as the Oslo accord and its negative effects on the Palestinian issue. the Arab Spring and its transformations and consequences. The study considers that the region endures a period of unclear transitions. which may last 5 to 10 years. The study presents four scenarios that the Palestinian issue may witness. The most likely scenario is that the Israeli occupation will attempt to reduce the Palestinian Authority to a Palestinian autonomy subject to Israeli hegemony. Nevertheless. all scenarios imply clear contradictions with the Palestinian aspirations towards self-determination.
