|f This research revolves around the subject of sharing in the intention, which means confusion: the introduction of an intention to another, and this includes the doubt of the intention as well, because the intention is deliberate in all worships, the more faithful the Muslim is in the intention, it is closer to acceptance, therefore the intention must be identified for each worship intended by the legislator to be performed by the Muslim to the fullest. The researcher has chosen the clarification of the views of scholars on this subject in each of the purities, because they are carried out for the performance of worships, and then worships of prayer, fasting and pilgrimage except zakat, because it is one financial worship where there is no dispute as other worships. Then, he has shown jurisprudential views about the intention, which included the type of intention, its identification, release, doubt , confusion, , interrupting, or introducing an intention over another or Supererogatory practice over the obligatory one and vice versa, and other sub-issues indicating the aspects of agreement or disagreement showing the evidences and weighting among them as possible. This research comes out in a way that benefits and helps the reader and the scholars to identify these views for the Muslim to take the precaution in the performance of worships, because worship should be purely for the sake of Allah , The Generous and this can only be through faithful intention.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a يدورهذا البحث حول موضوع التشريك في النية، ومعناه الخلط: أي إدخال نية بأخرى، ويشمل الشك بالنية أيضا، لأن النية مقصودة في كل العبادات، فكلما أخلص المسلم في النية كانت أقرب للقبول، وعليه لا بد من تعيين النية لكل عبادة قصدها الشارع، حتى يؤديها المسلم على الوجه الأكمل، وقد اختار الباحث بيان آراء الفقهاء حول هذا الموضوع في كل من الطهارات، لأنها مقدمة لأداء العبادات، ومن ثم العبادات من صلاة وصوم وحج باستثناء الزكاة، لأنها عبادة مالية واحدة لا يوجد خلاف فيها كبقية العبادات، ثم بيان الآراء الفقهية حول النية والتي شملت نوع النية وتعيينها وإطلاقها والتردد أو الشك أو الخلط فيها أو قطعها أو إدخال نية على أخرى أو نافلة على فريضة أو عكس ذلك، وغيرها من المسائل الفرعية، ومن ثم بيان أوجه الاتفاق أو الاختلاف وبيان الأدلة والترجيح بينها ما أمكن ذلك، حتى يخرج هذا البحث بصورة ميسرة تفيد القارئ الكريم وطلبة العلم للتعرف إلى هذه الآراء ليأخذ المسلم بالأحوط منها في أداء عباداته، لأن العبادة ينبغي أن تكون خالصة لوجهه الكريم ولا يكون ذلك إلا بإخلاص النية.
