يهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين إدراك المرأة لحقوقها المشروعة واستقرارها الأسري. أجريت الدراسة على عينة قصدية قوامها (366) زوجة من العاملات وغير العاملات، ولديها طفل واحد على الأقل، ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة من المقيمات بمحافظة القاهرة الكبرى. طبق عليهن استمارة البيانات العامة، مقياس إدراك المرأة لحقوقها المشروعة ومقياس الاستقرار الأسرى (إعداد الباحثتان)، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وأظهرت نتائج البحث وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين إدراك المرأة لحقوقها المشروعة واستقرارها الأسرى عند مستوى 0.01، كما أوضحت أن نسبة إدراك الزوجات عينة البحث لحقوقهن المشروعة 78.3%، وأن إدراكهن لحقوقهن الاقتصادية يأتي في المرتبة الأولي، يليه الحقوق الاجتماعية ثم الزوجية وأخيراً الحقوق المدنية والسياسية. كما أظهرت أن نسبة استقرارهن الأسرى 76.3%، وأن الاستقرار البنائي والاجتماعي يأتي في المرتبة الأولي، يليه الاستقرار النفسي والعاطفي وأخيراً الاستقرار الاقتصادي. كذلك أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود تباين دال إحصائياً في كل من إدراك الزوجات عينة البحث لحقوقهن المشروعة واستقرارهن الأسرى تبعاً لبعض متغيرات المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي
The present research is aiming at revealing the relation nature between the woman's perception of her legal rights and familiar stability. The study was carried out on exclusive sample comprising 366 working and non-working wives, and has one child at least, and they are from different socioeconomic statuses, residents in greater Cairo. They were subjected to the general information form, the scale of the woman's perception of her legal rights and the scale of familiar stability (prepared by the two researchers). The research adopted the analytical descriptive methodology. The research results revealed the existence of statistically significant positive correlation on the significance level of 0.01 between the woman's perception of her legal rights and familiar stability. The study also clarified that the perception level of the wives of the study sample about their legal rights was (78.3%), and their perception of their economic rights occupies the first rank, followed by their perception of their social rights, marital rights and finally their perception of their civil and political rights. The study also revealed that their familiar stability was (76.3%), and their perception of their construction and social stability occupies the first rank followed by the psychological and emotional stability and finally their economic stability. Also the study revealed the existence of sadistically significant variance on the significance level of 0.01, of each of the woman's perception of her legal rights and familiar stability according to the variables of socioeconomic statuses
