المستخلص: أن حاجة الطالب الجامعي إلى التوجيه التربوي تكون كبيرة وحتمية ليتميز الطالب في المرحلة الجامعية بنوع من الحكم الذاتي للعمل بعيدا عن عائلته وولي الأمر أكبر من ذلك بكثير مما كانت عليه في الصفوف السابقة، وهذا قد يكون راجعا إلى الابتعاد مواقع الجامعة للطلاب المناطق السكنية وهذا يؤدي به إلى السفر والتنقل، مما يجعله عرضة للمشاكل والمواقف الصعبة التي تتطلب منه الحلول وحسن تصرف أكبر مما كان عليه سابقا، أن تمديد عملية لا غنى عنها التعليمية على الإطلاق في الحياة الجامعية هي واحدة من الركائز الأساسية التي تستند عليها العملية التعليمية بالجامعة كونها عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس لا تصبح معزولة عن المجتمع والطلاب والعمل على تأكيد الانتماء له من حيث عملية ربط للطلاب وما موجود في بيئتهم ومساعدتهم على تحسين المشاكل البيئية وبناء الطلاب الشخصية كأعضاء في المجتمع والعناصر التي تؤدي إلي تغيير، تهدف إلى البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على الممارسات السلوكية لمرشدي الصفوف للإرشاد التربوي كما ، بلغت عينة البحث (٨٤) تدريسيا من مرشدي الصفوف، والأداة التي استخدمت الاستبيان، ،واستخرج الصدق الظاهري للأداة، وقد تم حساب معامل الثبات (0.82) وتوصلت نتائج البحث الحالية إلى ما يلي؛ أن مرشدي الصفوف يمارسون مهامهم الإرشادية في الإرشاد التربوي من خلال الممارسات السلوكية لها ولكنها كانت بشكل متباين لديهم، وأن مرشدي الصفوف بحاجة لبذل جهود في بعض الممارسات لدى ممارسة مهامهم في الإرشاد التربوي
