أصبحت مشكلة التفكك الأسري من المشاكل الاجتماعية الخطيرة التي تعاني منها المجتمعات الحديثة أفرزتها جملة من العوامل والأسباب المتشابكة والمتداخلة فيما بينها، ومن أبرزها عوامل التغير الاجتماعي السريع وما صاحبه من آثار سلبية أثرت على بناء وتركيبة الأسرة وأنماطها، والتغير في الأدوار الاجتماعية لأعضائها، وغياب الضبط الاجتماعي وفقدان المعايير الاجتماعية، وهو الأمر الذي أدى إلى ظهور قيم وعادات اجتماعية جديدة تتعارض مع عادات وقيم المجتمع الأصلية. إن مشكلة التفكك الأسري هي مشكلة اجتماعية ناتجة عن تصدع العلاقات والمشاكل الاجتماعية كالشجار والصراع والنزاع والعنف والطلاق الذي يحصل داخل الأسرة، وتؤدي إلى تفكك العلاقات بين أفراد الأسرة، وضعف دورها في تربية وتنشئة أبنائها بالطريقة السليمة، مما يدفع بهم نحو الانحراف والخروج عن القيم والمعايير الاجتماعية التي يحددها البناء الأسري بخاصة والبناء الاجتماعي بعامة. وقد كشفت الدراسة عن عمق هذه المشكلة التي تواجهها الأسرة العصرية وأسبابها، من خلال استعرض عدد من الشواهد والوقائع والبيانات المرجعية المتاحة، التي أجابت عن الأهداف المرسومة لها، الدال عليها عنوانها. ويأمل الباحث من الباحثين والجهات المعنية أن تولي هذه المؤسسة جل الاهتمام عن طريق البحث والدراسة لكل القضايا التي تتعرض لها، ومن ثم الاستفادة من هذه الدراسات والبحوث في التدابير الوقائية التي من شأنها أن توفر عوامل الاستقرار والطمأنينة للأسرة العصرية التي تعصف بها رياح التغير الاجتماعي.

The study revealed the depth of this problem faced by the modern family and then causes, through a number of evidence reviewed, facts and reference data available, that answer 'targets assigned to it, and signifier of its title. the researcher hopes from the other researchers and stakeholders to take this institution obvious interest through research and study of all the issues which they are exposed, and then take advantage of these studies and research in preventive measures that would provide stability factors and tranquility of the family trendy ridden winds of social change
