المستخلص: A number of muhaditheen (hadith scholars) emerged in the city of Herat, which is now located in Afghanistan, where these muhaditheen (hadith scholars) lived under Safavid rule, Some of them were killed, some of them migrated. A number of scholars of that city, Mullah Ali Qari, as well as the the Muhaddith (hadith scholar) Merk Shah, They made great efforts in serving the Prophet's Biography and their books are still being circulated among the students of knowledge including studying and researching. The study aims to explain the methodology of the muhadith (hadith scholar) Naseem al-Din Merk Shah, and to show his treatment with the hadiths and the non conventional aspects of the Arabic language and The method of transferring it from the scholars and its understandings, and the diversity of its sources, which indicate the breadth of its knowledge and culture. The study also aims to show the efforts of the scientists of that land in the explanation of prophetic biography and Their approach to this despite the political and sectarian circumstances in that historical era, and the importance of this research could be found in the explaining of the shamael. Also in the book of Shamael Imam al-Tirmidhi, which is considered as the pillar in its domain. Among the findings of the study is the acceptance by Allah for the book of al-Shamael of al-Tirmidhi, where the scholars discussed it with commentary, refinement, translation etc and also through the encyclopedia of Merk Shah, This is illustrated by the number of sources on which he relied, the author's art of presentation in the demonstration and refutation of information.

برز عدد من المحدثين في مدينة هراة، وهذه المدينة تقع الأن في أفغانستان، حيث عاش هؤلاء المحدثين تحت الحكم الصفوي، فمنهم من قتل، ومنهم من هاجر، وقد تصدى لشرح الشمائل عدد من علماء تلك المدينة وهم، الملا علي قاري، وكذلك المحدث ميرك شاه، وبذلوا جهود عظيمة في خدمة السيرة النبوية ولازالت كتبهم يتداولها طلاب العلم ما بين دراسة وتحقيق. وتهدف الدراسة من هذا البحث بيان منهج المحدث نسيم الدين ميرك شاه، وتبين تعامله مع الأحاديث، وغريب اللغة العربية، وطريقة نقله من العلماء واستدراكاته، وتنوع مصادره التي تدل على سعة اطلاعه، وثقافته، وأيضا تهدف الدراسة لبيان جهود علماء تلك البلاد في شارح الشمائل النبوية، وبيانها، ومنهجهم في ذلك رغم الظروف السياسية والمذهبية في تلك الحقبة التاريخية، وتمكن أهمية هذا البحث في شارح الشمائل، وأيضا في كتاب شمائل الإمام الترمذي الذي يعد عمدة في بابه، ومن النتائج توصلت إليها الدراسة القبول الذي وضعه الله لكتاب الشمائل للترمذي، حيث تناوله العلماء بالشرح، والتهذيب، الترجمة م...إلخ، وأيضا موسوعية المحدث ميرك شاه، ويظهر ذلك بجلاء في كم المصادر التي اعتمد عليها، فن الطرح لدى المؤلف في عرض ونقض المعلومات.
