المستخلص: After using force and violence in social relationships is as frank exploitation to the social laws because the violence on the societal standard means the violence maker can exploite crashed and pushed tolls in order be to be able to clear his opinion and to express of his imagination. From here violence prepares the last possible speaking language with reality and with others when the man feels shortage of connecting his voice through the methods of normal dialogue and when sufficiency and solidification will be fixed with him with his failure to confess the others to certify his entity and value as a human, and then his necessary requirements to satisfy his needs. The most severe shapes of violence that is violence of poverty and towards human crisis and his facing true crises which he face and threatens satisfying his basic necessities and requirements in the frame of non-social justice in a shape which achieves a case of poverty, lack and non-satisfying these necessities such as healthy suitable food, housing, education and others from fundamental necessities which prevent with differentiable proportions to the natural growth and proper education to family's individuals and to expose subsequently the risks of poverty’s sharpness, whereas this individual could go to the search for the methods which prevent its expiration and maintaining its existing which its most prominent ones appear in violence . Then the poverty represents the most important generated reasons to the violence and facing others with the crime through stealing and domination. If the poverty generates the violence, the violence with its much subsequences and concept is one of the main reason of falling and failure of political, social and economical development projects which enhance a lot of society’s achievements, nation’s earnings and the home . Concentration will be done through searching how to dry violence’s resources through defeating poverty’s sharpness, considering that the poverty id an independent circle and violence is followed variable because whatever poverty increased, violence hardness will be increased and opposite, the search face firstly theoretical frame of poverty problem and then refers to the picture of the relationship between poverty and violence in Egypt and aiming to place a frame to dry violence’s sources through slighting the poverty’s hardness in the light of frequented relationship between both of them .
