المستخلص: بُعث رسولنا صلى الله عليه وسلم والمرأة تعاني بصورة عامة هضماً لحقوقها، وإجحافاً في معاملتها، واستخفافاً بشأنها، بل وتشكيكاً في إنسانيتها، وإن كان هناك نوع لمراعاة لها عند بعض الأمم، فلا يعدو أن يكون ذلك في أمور ليست جوهرية، ورثها البعض من غيرهم. والحديث عن مكانة المرأة في الإسلام ليس حديثا لترضية أو مجاملة، فكتاب الله عز وجل ليس فيه سورة- بل ولا آية- إلا وللمرأة فيها نصيب، إما خطابا مباشرا لها، أو بمشاطرة الرجل أحكامها وتوجيهاتها، بل قد تنفرد عن الرجل في كثير منها، حتى جعل الله للنساء سورة كاملة في كتابه، هي من أطول سور القرآن الكريم، وفي سنة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ما لا يمكن حصره من الأحاديث الخاصة بالمرأة، أمراً وتوجيهاً وإرشاداً وبياناً لمكانتها، وتعتبر قضية المرأة وحقوقها من القضايا المعاصرة التي يثور حولها جدل واسع، ويرجع ذلك إلى عدة أمور أهمها؛ المعاملة الظالمة التي لحقت بالمرأة في الماضي؛ ولا تزال في حاضر بعض الدول لاسيما العالم الغربي الذي يدعي التحضر. إضافة للنظرة الدونيّة للمرأة في الكثير من الفلسفات والأديان المحرفة والوضعية، وتنبع أهمية هذا الموضوع من الصراع القائم بين العقائد الإيمانيّة والفلسفات الماديّة الإلحاديّة؛ لاسيما في هذا العصر وفي عالمنا الإسلامي تحديدا، وقد أتبع الباحث في هذه الورقة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال أسلوبي الاستنباط والاستقراء، ثم قسم البحث إلي عدة مباحث تناول المبحث الأول: نماذج من الآيات الواردة عن المرأة في القرآن الكريم وفيه تحدث عن مساواتها مع الرجل وحقوقها في أمور الزواج. أما المبحث الثاني فجعل عنوانه: المرأة في الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة. والمبحث الثالث أتي بعنوان: العشرة الزوجية.وختم البحث بالحديث عن: هديه صلى الله عليه وسلم في التعامل مع المرأة في المبحث الرابع والأخير.وقد ظهرت للباحث عدة نتائج أهمها: من أعلى القيم التي رعتها الشريعة الإسلاميَّة قيمة المحافظة على الحياة الأسرية والزوجية.وأن حديث القرآن الكريم عن المرأة يدور على حفظ حقوقها والنهي عن ظلمها، واحترام ذاتها ورأيها، بل يدعوا إلى حسن التعامل معها، وملاطفتها.وأن الإسلام قد حرص على تكريم المرأة بالنسبة لوضعها في الأسرة تكريما أعطاها من الحقوق منذ أربعة عشر قرنا ما لم يصل إليه بعض النساء إلى اليوم في الغرب.

- The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was sent at a time when the woman suffered in general, where she faced violation of her rights, injustice in her treatment, contempt for her, and even doubts about her humanity. Even if there was some sort of respect for her by some nations, it was nothing more than in matters that are not essential, which were inherited from each other. When we talk about the status of women in Islam , it is not a discussion for bringing satisfaction or for courtesy. The Book of Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, does not include even one Surah - infact not even an ayah - There is nothing but the woman has a share in it, either by direct speech to her or by sharing her rulings and guidelines with men. Rather she may be separated from the man in many of them, infact, Allah has revealed a full chapter for women in His Book, which is one of the longest surahs of the Holy Quran. In the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), there are multitude of ahadith related to women, Ordering, directing, guiding, and stating regarding her status. The issue of women and their rights is considered one of the most controversial contemporary issues, due to several things, the most important of which is the unjust treatment suffered by women in the past. Some States are still present, especially the Western world, which claim to be civilized. In addition to the view of inferiority towards women in many philosophies and religions, the importance of this topic stems from the conflict between Beliefs of faith and atheistic material philosophies, especially in this era and in our Islamic world in particular. In this paper, the researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach through the methods of interpretation and extrapolation. Then the research was divided into several researches. The first one dealt with examples of verses about women in the Holy Quran, in which he talked about their equality with men and their rights in matters of marriage. With regard to the second subject, it is entitled “The Women in the Ahadith of the Prophet”. And the third subject is entitled “The Marital life.” The research ends with the hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) regards: The guidance of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in dealing with women in the fourth subject which is the last. The researcher has arrived at several findings, the most important of which are One of the highest values promoted by Islamic law is the preservation of family and marital life. The ayaat of the Holy Quran about women focuses on preserving their rights, forbidding injustice towards them, respecting them and their views. Rather, these ayaat call for treating and dealing with them in a good manner. Islam had endeavored to honor women with regards to her status in the family, giving her rights 14 centuries ago, which some women in the West have not reached so far.
