|e هدف البحث إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير التعليم الأساسي في مصر على ضوء التوجهات العالمية. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي. في توضيح أولا أهم التوجهات العالمية التربوية والمجتمعية لمرحلة التعليم الأساسي. وثانيا بناء إطار مقترح لتطوير التعليم الأساسي في ضوء هذه التوجهات. وتمثلت التوجهات التربوية في الفجوة التعليمية والمعرفية والتكنولوجية بين العالم المتقدم والعالم النامي. وتحقيق مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص في التعليم. وتطوير النظم التعليمية. والوعي الكبير بأهمية التعليم الأساسي. ادماج التعليم الالكتروني في العملية التعليمية. التأهيل الجيد للمعلم والاهتمام بالبرامج التدريبية له. \nوتمثلت التوجهات المجتمعية في الاهتمام بالفئات المهمشة والمحرومة من التعليم. اتخاذ تشريعية تؤكد على مبدأ عدم التمييز في التعليم. وتحسين بيئة التعلم. وتوفير الحقوق. وتوسيع نطاق الانتفاع بالتعليم. وتحقيق مبدأ التفاعل بين الثقافات المختلفة ونبذ العنف والتعصب والتمييز وتعزيز الاحترام بين الثقافات المختلفة وزيادة الوعي بالمسؤولية تجاه المجتمع الدولي. والاهتمام بالمناخ المدرسي. ومشاركة المجتمع المحلي مع المدرسة. والتأكيد على المواطنة. وتم بناء الإطار المقترح في ضوء هذه التوجهات.\n وتوصلت النتائج الي أنه مهما وصل التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي مداه ستظل التربية لها الطابع الإنساني. وتظل تستمد موضوعاتها وأهدافها من ثوابت المجتمع وثقافته. ويظل توجه الإنسان إلى الوجهة الإيجابية التي تحقق ارتقاءه.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

|f The research aimed to build a proposed conception for the development of basic education in Egypt in light of global trends. The descriptive approach was used to clarify: firstly the most important global educational and societal trends for the stage of basic education. Secondly how to reform a proposed framework to develop the basic education in light of these trends. The educational trends were represented in the educational, cognitive and technological gap between the developed world and the developing world, the realization of the principle of equal opportunities in education, and the development of educational systems. Moreover, it discussed the great awareness of the importance of basic education, the integration of e-learning in the educational process, the qualification of good teacher, and the attention to training programs. \nThe societal trends were represented in the attention to marginalized and disadvantaged groups and taking legislation, which affirmed the principle of non-discrimination in education. Moreover, it represented in improving the learning environment, providing rights, expanding the utilization to education, achieving the principle of interaction among different cultures, throwing away the violence, intolerance and discrimination. In addition to promoting respect among different cultures, increasing the awareness of responsibility towards the international community, the attention to the school climate, the participation of local community with the school, and the emphasis on citizenship. The proposed framework was established in light of these trends. \nThe results show that whatever scientific and technological progress reached to its prosperity, the education will continue to be humane natural. It continue to derive its topics and objectives from the constants of society and its culture.
