This article aims to identify the Egyptian Knowledge Bank uses in libraries and information centers. It explain how the Egyptian libraries of all types benefit from it, whether public or specialized, academic or scholastic in addition to strengthening the scientific research efforts and raising the quality of its outputs to the international competitiveness level. The article deals with the development of libraries' holdings by digital documents through problems and obstacles, and introducing the Egyptian Knowledge Bank. The article presents the Knowledge Bank sections where the knowledge bank includes four sections, the public portal, the student portal, researchers, and the young portal. The article also discussed the uses of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank in developing library holdings with digital documents, the contents of the Knowledge Bank. In addition to the definition of some of the most important publishing houses that allow its sources to the Egyptian Knowledge Bank. Also, we should use the proposed steps to benefit from the Knowledge Bank to develop library holdings.
