المستخلص: This study sought to determine the difficulties associated with teaching physics from the perspective of the physics teachers and supervisors. The study community consisted of 320 male and female teachers and supervisors of the Irbid province. A study sample was randomly selected from the administrative units of the Irbid province, totaling 40 teachers and supervisors. The researcher, in this study, used a questionnaire composed of 60 paragraphs investigating the difficulties facing the teaching of physics related to the curriculum, the teacher, the student, the school and ministry.
The study sought to answer three questions. These were: What are the difficulties which the teaching of physics face, from the perspective of the educational teachers and supervisors of physics? Are there any statistically substantiated differences at the “0.05” level between the points of view of the teachers and the points of view of the supervisors, in respect to the difficulties associated with the teaching of physics? What are the solutions and proposals to confront the difficulties associated with teaching physics from the viewpoint of the physics teachers and supervisors?
The study recommended undertaking further studies to examine the difficulties associated with the teaching of physics from the perspective of the students and for specialists to analyze the physics curricula in Jordan and work to revise their composition in a manner that is compatible with the requirements of the age. The study also recommended undertaking studies upon the teaching strategies and a specific evaluation of the teaching of physics, analyzing the physics curricula and comparing them to the curricula of other scientific subjects, to bring about a balance between the scientific subjects presented to the student in both the foundational and secondary school stages.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه تدريس الفيزياء من وجهة نظر معلمي ومشرفي الفيزياء. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (٣٢٠) معلما ومعلمة ومشرفا في محافظة إربد وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة عشوائيا من مديريات محافظة اربد، وكان عددهم (٤٠) معلما ومشرفا، وقد استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة استبانة مكونة من (٦٠) فقرة تبحث في الصعوبات التي تواجه تدريس الفيزياء المتعلقة بالمناهج، المعلم، الطالب، المدرسة والوزارة. وقد هدفت الدراسة للإجابة على ثلاثة أسئلة هي: ما الصعوبات التي تواجه تدريس الفيزياء من وجهة نظر معلمي ومشرفي الفيزياء التربويين، وهل يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين وجهات نظر المعلمين ووجهات نظر المشرفين في الصعوبات التي تواجه تدريس الفيزياء، وما هي الحلول والمقترحات لمواجهة صعوبات تدريس الفيزياء من وجهة نظر معلمي ومشرفي الفيزياء، وقد أوصت الدراسة بإجراء دراسات أخرى تبحث في الصعوبات التي تواجه تدريس الفيزياء من وجهة نظر الطلبة وتحليل مناهج الفيزياء في الأردن من قبل مختصين والعمل على إعادة تأليفها بما يتناسب مح مقتضيات العصر، كذلك أوصت بالتركيز على إجراء الدراسات على استراتيجيات التدريس والتقويم الخاصة بتعليم الفيزياء، وتحليل مناهج الفيزياء ومقارنتها بمناهج المواد العلمية الأخرى لإحداث التوازن في المواد العلمية المقدمة للطالب في المرحلتين الأساسية والثانوية.
