يتميز العصر الحديث بالكثير من المشكلات التي يتطلب التصدي لها، ويعتبر المناخ النفسي كمتغير نفسي وتماسك الفريق كمتغير اجتماعي: من الظواهر التي لم تتناولها الأبحاث العلمية بالبحث والدراسة معا، إلا أن هذا البحث يتناول تأثير النواحي النفسية ومنها (المناخ النفسي)، والنواحي الاجتماعية ومنها (تماسك الفريق) على نتائج المباريات المختلفة، ولذلك اختار الباحث موضوع دراسته الحالية تحت عنوان " المناخ النفسي -تماسك الفريق وعلاقتها بنتائج المباريات لفرق كليات جامعة المنصورة في كرة القدم. ولقد تحددت أهداف البحث في التعرف الفروق بين أفراد عينة البحث في متغيرات المناخ النفسي وتماسك الفريق (فرق المقدمة والمؤخرة)، كذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين متغيري المناخ النفسي - تماسك الفرق ونتائج مباريات فرق عينة البحث (فرق المقدمة والمؤخرة). كما صاغ الباحث تساؤلاته على النحو التالي: هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغيرات المناخ النفسي -تماسك الفريق بين أفراد عينة البحث (فرق المقدمة والمؤخرة)؟ وكذلك هلي يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين متغيري المناخ النفسي - تماسك الفريق وبين نتائج المباريات لفرق عينة البحث؟ وقد تضمن البحث مجموعة من الدراسات السابقة والتي اشتملت على متغيري الماخ النفسي وتماسك الفريق وعلاقتها بنتائج المباريات وكذلك التعليق على هذه الدراسات السابقة، وتضمنت إجراءات البحث عينة البحث والتي تكونت من 96 لاعبا يمثلون ثمانية فرق من كليات جامعة المنصورة لكرة القدم والمشتركين في دوري الجامعة 2003/2004م، واستخدم الباحث الأدوات التالية: 1-مقياس المناخ النفسي (إعداد محمد حسن علاوى). 2-مقياس تماسك الفريق (إعداد محمد حسن علاوى). وقد قام الباحث بتقديم عرض لنتائج الدراسة وذلك للتحقق من صحة التساؤلات المطروحة حيث قدم الباحث أيضا تفسيرات لنتائج البحث والتي تضمنت مدى الاتفاق والاختلاف بين نتائج البحث الحالي والبحوث السابقة. وأوضح الباحث بعد ذلك استنتاجات البحث، كما أوضح الباحث بعض التوصيات والتي من أهمها تطبيق المقياسين المستخدمين البحث على عينات مختلفة من الأفراد. كما استعرض الباحث في نهاية البحث المراجع العربية والأجنبية المستخدمة.
The modem age characterizes with problems which requires facing, in which we consider the psychological Atmosphere as psychological variable and the team coherence as social variable: as a phenomenon the scientific researches didn’t deal with either in research or study, except that this research handles the effect of the psychological sides including (psychological Atmosphere) and the social sides including (team coherence) on different games results. For this the researcher selected his current study Subject: “The Psychoogical Atmosphere - The Team Coherence and Their Relationship with games results for Mansoura University Faculties Teams’ in Football’. The research aimed at identifying the differences between the research sample subjects under psychological Atmosphere variables and team coherence (front and back teams) beside identifying the relationship between psychological Atmosphere and team coherence variables and gemas results for research sample teams (front and back teams) The researcher made his queries as: Are their any statistical differences in psychological Atmosphere and team coherence variables between research sample subjects (front and back teams )? And also : Is there a connection between psychological Atmosphere and team coherence variables and games results for research sample teams? .The research includes a group of formal studies involved on psychological Atmosphere and team coherence variables and their relationship with games results and also commenting on these formal studies > The research sample contained 96 player who represent eight teams from Mansoura University Faculties for football participating in University tournament, the researcher used these tools: 1-Psychological Atmosphere measure (prepared by Mohamed Hassan Alawy). 2-Team coherence measure (prepared by Mohamed Hassan Alawy). The researcher presented the study results for identifying the queries correction beside presenting explanations for research results which included the extension of differences and agreements between the current research results and other researches results, then the researcher presented the research conclusions then some recommendations and the most important of it is the application of the two measures used in the research on different samples of subjects . In the and of the research, the researcher mentioned the Arabic and English references used in the research.
