The search for the type and nature of the steps that are going out of the political process in Iraq after 2003 and diagnosed destination of the most concerns that had occupied the minds of the researchers on Iraq after 2003, as part of ongoing attempts to assess the track and stand on the current and future direction, and it was necessary to take into account a lot from the data that influence in shaping the course of this process, and perhaps the most important way in which the Iraqi parties with this process as the main vehicle to her, and it has the largest share in directing, draw tracks. The hypothesis key to this process leading to the construction of the rule of institutions designed to do a new political system in Iraq based on the peaceful transfer of power principle by guided by democratic values, it has been assumed researcher that is closer and clearer in the evaluation process of these parties and reflect the fact that its intentions and to know the real distance face between them and the democratic trend lies in the monitoring and study of political practices, which can provide us with a lot of realism indications to determine the political process paths and shows its destination the next and get a realistic idea of how much compatibility with the objective assigned to it and the amount of orientation towards democratic oriented or not. To achieve this result, we attempt to examine a number of political practices of these parties in haste, in two sections devoted first to study the informal practices of these parties by selecting certain of which models and examine each of them in special demand, it has included first demand on the study of political parties practices during the reign of authority coalition in the first year of the occupation and way of dealing with Ambassador Paul Bremer head of the CPA, to move on then to the second demand we are trying to identify the behavior of the parties when writing the Constitution and how they respond to the requirements that should be placed in the constitution to pave the way for the establishment of a democratic society in the country and the configuration of the democratization process in the joints power in the new Iraq, but in the third demand was we decided that we devote to study the performance of the parties when developing electoral laws in the parliament due to the importance of this derived the subject of accuracy and forestry position of parties in the balance between its interests and the interests of its people when the legislation of such laws, in what we reviewed at the fourth requirement some places where parties seem duplicative deal with it, and the contradiction that seems in some situations between the theoretical propositions of these political parties and their practices as it seems it is far from Tnziradtha. In the second part, we have gone to discuss the latest face of the practices of this party when we decided to take the forms of informal practices which are outside the authority institution, and we dealt with the social activities of these parties and the method of its performance when dealing with masses of people, organizations and individuals, and on the same approach taken in the first section it has set aside a requirement for each of these practices, as provision is the first requirement to study the electoral programs of the parties based on the idea that these programs are a summary of the experience of these parties within the community during the period between the two dates elective, and then looked at the second demand the handling of these parties with bodies and social organizations and popular priorities chosen by each party in this area, and to identify targets parties in the selection of these priorities, and then came third to the demand of studying Vsh media performance of these parties.
