|a الشهادة مفهوم حي وهام في حياة الإنسان، تعددت دلالاتها اللغوية والاصطلاحية في القرآن الكريم، على وفق الحاجة الإنسانية والاجتماعية التي تساعد على بناء الإنسان بناء تكامليا لتحقيق السعادة والحياة الكريمة. تابع الباحث أصول هذه الكلمة واشتقاقاتها وطبيعتها وأبعادها التربوية والسلوكية، ودراسة الأحكام والنظم التي حددها المشرع الإسلامي لتنظيم علاقات الفرد بالآخرين أفرادا وجماعات. وبعد دراسة كل هذه المفاهيم دراسة لغوية وعملية ومتابعة الحجج الفقهية والقانونية التي تؤكد الحكم الشرعي والقانوني وتلزم الإنسان بتطبيقه؛ لتحقق التوازن الاجتماعي المطلوب بحفظ الحقوق وتحديد الواجبات وتوسعت مطالب البحث حتى شملت معظم دلالاتها على معرفة الباحث وكانت ثلاثة عشر مبحثا منها: ما تعلق بأسماء الله تعالى، والنطق والإقرار بالحق، الموجود والحضور على الحوادث، مصداق على أمناء العقيدة والإيمان، الوقوف على الحقيقة، الحضور على التنزيل الوحي، قذف المحصنات، إثبات العقود والتعاملات المالية. المجاهد المقتول المضحي في سبيل الله تعالى. وبهذا يأمل الباحث أن تكون الدراسة قد حققت أهدافها.

|b Martyrdom is an important living concept in the life of man. It has various linguistic and idiomatic denotation according to the human social needs which help in building in the completive building of man to achieve happiness and glorious life. The researcher explored the etymology of this word and its derivations, nature and educational and behaviorist dimensions. The researcher also studied the rules and regulations implemented by the Islamic legislator to regulate the relations of man with others whether they are groups or individuals. After studying all these concept in a scientific linguistic way and exploring all the juris produce and legal arguments which confirm the rules of the rules of juris prudence and law and commit man to stick to it in order to achieve the needed social balance to keep rights and mention dilation the chapters of this research have expanded till it covered the majority of its denotations a for as the researcher knows. They are this teen chapters. some of them refer to the name of allah, the recognition of Justice. existence and knowledge of events. The result ,are evidence of the rightness of faith to prove the fact of them, existence of inspirations, the unreal accusation of un-married ladino ,proving the contracts and financial treat meant , the martyr who wan a murdered for the sake of Allah. Thus the researcher hopes that the study has achieved its goods.
