المستخلص: The historians and reporters refer to the mental and scientific relationships between Iraq and Egyptian countries were the dominant ones since the mid of the 4th century till the early of the 5th century. The Fatimid Egypt was not lesser from the Abbasid Iraq in the era of Al-Bowaheen by science, thought and literal. Baghdad had witnessed a scientific awakening by unprecedented spreading to science and literature. The markets of princes and ministers were filled of scientific and mentally people. The Bowahian princes held a sessions for science and literature. They forced the Abbasids to support and take part in these sessions. These sessions included included debates and discussions. Moaz Al-Daolah Al-Bowahian liked to make the scientists, literals and legists close to him. The Bowahian should proud because their courts were filled of scientists, literal and thinkers. Ibn Al-Atheer said that Moaz Al-Daolah Al-Bowahian when making Aba Mohammed Al-Hassan bin Mohammed Al-Mahbali his minister and handed him most of his ministries and he removed a lot of grievances. He treated the scientists and literals in a good way and makes them close to him. Athad Al Daolah Al-Bowahian gave the legists, speakers, talkers, interpreters, sculptors, poets, genealogists, doctors and engineers a salary.
