هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه المرشدين التربويين في محافظة جدة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المرشدين التربويين في مدارس وزارة التربية والتعليم في جدة، للفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي 1434/1435، وعددهم (150) مرشدا، وتم اختيار العينة بشكل قصدي والبالغ عددها (80) مرشدا، ومن أجل الكشف عن المشكلات التي تعيق أداء المرشد التربوي لمهماته الإرشادية تم تطوير استبانة من خلال الاطلاع على الأدبيات السابقة. \ أظهرت النتائج أن هناك مشكلات تواجه المرشدين التربويين في مجال الإدارة المدرسية ومجال أولياء الأمور ومجال المرشد نفسه حيث حصلت جميعها على درجات متوسطة، كما أظهرت عدم اختلاف المشكلات التي تعيق أداء المرشدين التربويين تبعا لاختلاف خبرة المرشد، ونوع المدرسة التي يعمل بها المرشد، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشكلات التي تعيق أداء المرشد التربويين تعزى لمتغير التخصص ولصالح تخصص الإرشاد. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توعية أولياء الأمور بأهمية اللجوء إلى المرشد في جميع المشكلات التي تواجه أبنائهم على اختلاف أنواعها.
This study aimed at identifying the problems that face school counselors in Jeddah province in light of some variables. The study population consisted of all school counselors in the Ministry of Education in Jeddah, for second semester of the academic year 1434/1435 in which they were (150) counselors. The sample was selected purposely in which it was (80) individuals. In order to detect the problems that hinder the performance of school counselor in performing duties, a questionnaire was developed based on previous related literature. \ The Results showed that there were problems face school counselors related to the fields of school administration, students' parents, and school counselors, in which all were in moderate degrees. Also, it showed no difference in the problems that hinder the performance of counselors depending on the variety of counseling experience, the type of school that they work in. The study also showed that there were statically significant differences in the problems that hinder the performance of counselors due to variable of their major and in favor of the counseling major. This study highly recommends the importance of educating students parents to go to school counselors in all problems that they face.
