المستخلص: يعالج هذا المقال موضوع المسؤولية الاجتماعية ودورها في تحسين ظروف العمل في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، من خلال البحث في معرفة طبيعتها، وأبعادها، ومبادئها ومجالاتها، إضافة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيقها في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية واتخاذها أداة لتحسين بيئة العمل. وعليه، يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة الدور الاجتماعي والبيئي الذي تلعبه المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية والكشف عن مدى فعاليتها اتجاه الأطراف المتعاملة معهم.

This article addresses the issue of social responsibility and its role in improving working conditions in the economic institution, looking in its nature, its dimensions, its principles and areas, as well as to recognize the reality of its application in the Algerian economic enterprise, considering it as a tool to improve the work environment. This research aims to know the social and environmental role of the social responsibility of the economic institution and disclose its effectiveness toward parties with whom it collaborates.

Cet article traite de la question de la responsabilité sociale et de son rôle dans l'amélioration des conditions de travail dans l’entreprise économique, en étudiant sa nature, ses dimensions, ses principes et ses domaines, ainsi que l’identification de la réalité de son application dans l'entreprise économique algérienne, et de sa prise comme un outil pour améliorer l'environnement de travail. Cette recherche vise à connaitre le rôle social et environnemental de la responsabilité sociale de l’entreprise économique et la divulgation de son efficacité envers les partis avec lesquels elle collabore.
