المستخلص: Le terrorisme est considéré comme l'une des questions politiques et sociales dont souffrent constamment les peuples, les pays et les nations, en dépit des divergences d’opinions pour ce qu’on appelle «actes terroristes» et encore moins pour ceux qu’on n’appelle pas «actes terroristes». Toutefois, les aspects du terrorisme semblent différents et multiples d’un temps à l’autre et d’une société à l’autre. Cependant, il y a changement dans la notions de terrorisme qu’on a analysé philosophiquement comme un phénomène qui croît au fil de l’histoire, de surcroît, on remarque bel et bien que ce phénomène est en progression autant en prolifération, très exactement en ce temps, bien plus à l’ère de la technologie et d’internet. En revanche, il y aurait ce qu'on appelle le terrorisme scientifique qui vient de surgir autant dire le terrorisme technologique, biologique et intercontinental, caractérisé par le phénomène de violence qui fomente surement le terrorisme, c’est pourquoi, il faut, déterminer philosophiquement les deux phénomènes.

يعد الإرهاب من القضايا السياسية الاجتماعية التي عانت منها الشعوب والدول والأمم، وما تزال، وبالرغم من تغير واختلاف النظرة إليه وإلى الأعمال التي تسمى إرهابا والتي لا تسمى إرهابا، إلا أن صوره تتعدد وتتغير من زمن لآخر ومن مجتمع لآخر، وهذا بالطبع ما أدى إلى اختلاف وتغير مفاهيمه وهو ما سنلاحظه أثناء تحليلنا الفلسفي لهذه الظاهرة وتناميها عبر التاريخ. نتناول تطور هذه الظاهرة وانتشارها خاصة في هذا العصر، عصر التكنولوجيا والإنترنت، وظهور ما يسمى بالإرهاب العلمي (التكنولوجي) والبيولوجي والعابر للقارات، وارتباطه بظاهرة تعد الأداة المغذية له ألا وهي العنف. ومن هنا كان لابد من فهم هاتين الظاهرتين فلسفيا.

Terrorism is one of the political and social issues suffered by people, States and Nations, and still suffered, in spite of its change, its different perception and the different look at the businesses, which are called terrorism and which are not called terrorism. However, the forms of terrorism are numerous and vary from time to time and from one society to another and this is, of course, what led to a difference and change perceptions about terrorism, which we will see during our analysis of the philosophy of the phenomenon of terrorism and its growing throughout history. We will note the evolution of this phenomenon, and its spread especially in this era, the age of technology, the Internet and even the emergence of the so-called scientific (technological), biological and intercontinental terrorism, and its association with a phenomenon considering it as a nutritious tool, namely violence. Hence, it was necessary to understand philosophically these two phenomena.
