Control is one of the most important means through which it can be insured that the aims which have been identified by chiefs in an organization are achieved in a good way, so control is connected strongly to the aims which are achieved. So the organizations' success or failure depends on their ability to achieve their requirements desires, and seeking to execute this strategy in context of the surrounding different changes, and the ideal way of those organization to guarantee achieving the goals of those strategies, and increasing its efficiency by following up executing these goals through doing the strategic control process. The strategic control is that control which concerns applying the strategic planes by directing the serious environmental factors, and evaluating the effects of the organizing strategic works, and they are existent in the supreme administration levels. The strategic control aims at ensuring the organization's execution to its message. And control should be done include, the productive and financial activities, and activities of individuals and quality of process ... etc, which differ, sure according productive to the type of organization, if it is productive or interests in services. So, the strategic control's importance emerges here, where it leads to insure of executing the planned strategies, besides, it leas us to the safety of those strategies, and to their modification and evaluation. And the sector of pre-university education is considered one of the important education organizations which should be interested in. It seeks to create good citizens that are able to rise the Egyptian society up. And if this organization can't do its important role in a good way, there will be a great disorder, and that organization can't achieve its aims, but through putting strategic planes, their features are clear, and are able to rise up the individual behaviors and his/her scientific level. And those strategies won’t success, but through putting systems that follow up and evaluate the return of those strategies. The sides of control are, only, able to recognize if those strategies have achieved their aims or not.
