المستخلص: شكل المجال والخريطة القبلية لمنطقة الصحراء مدخلا أساسيا للاستعمار خاصة الفرنسي الذي سعى إلى رسم الحدود بين القبائل لفرض الآمن وتجنب الصراعات القبلية، التي أضفت على المجال نوعا من الاضطراب الذي شكل مجال الرعي ونقص الماء موضوعا له، في المقابل تبدو الحدود في المنطقة الإسبانية أكثر التباسا. وتعكس خريطة التوزيع القبلي على المستوى الوظيفي أهمية المجال وخصوصياته في إفراز النموذج السلوكي والأسلوب المعيشي المميز لكل قبيلة، فقد كان استقرار البدو في أعماق الصحراء كفيلا بأن يكسيهم قوة قتالية فعالة تشتد كلما كانت القبيلة أكثر رسوخا في البداوة، وكان أفرادها أكثر استئناسا بالفقر واحتمالا لمشاقه من ندرة وتقشف، لقد تميزت إذن أوضاع منطقة وادى نون خلال تلك الفترة بنظام القبيلة وضعف هامش حضور المخزن الذى اتسمت أوضاعه بالضعف نتيجة السياق الدولي والإقليمي المتميز بالضغوطات الاستعمارية وضعف موارده وإمكانياته، مما يفسر ضعف قبضته بالجنوب وتمثل سياسة الإصلاح، وعلى الرغم من تزكية النخبة المحلية بتعيين القواد، فقد ظلت هذه المناطق تحافظ على إدارة شؤونها باعتماد الأعراف التي تستمد قوتها من الإجماع الموجود على موادها، وترتكز في تنفيذها على سلطة الجماعة والشيوخ أو القائد، حيث تشمل هذه الأحكام مختلف المستويات الاجتماعية والسياسية وتسهم في شغل الفراغ الناتج عن ضعف السلطة المادية للمخزن، وتسهر كذلك في إقرار الإخاء وتنظيم أوضاع هذه الهوامش على مختلف المستويات.

These regions have been maintaining their affairs by adopting customs that derive their strength from the consensus on sources, and based on implementing of the authority of Community, sheikhs or the leader, where these provisions include various social and political levels and contribute to filling the vacuum resulting from the weakness of the physical power of Makhzen, It also helps in establishing brotherhood and regulating the conditions of these margins at the various levels.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
