المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الأدوار اللازمة للإدارة المدرسية في مدارس سلطنة عمان، التي تستطيع من خلالها تنمية العلاقة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحّلي، وقد تكونت عينة ممثلة للمجتمع الأصلي، تتكون من جميع مديري المدارس، وجميع مساعدي مديري المدارس، وما يمثل (%72) من المجموع الكلي لأعضاء مجالس الآباء والأمهات من أولياء الأمور، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة أن بعض مديري المدارس ما يزالون بحاجة إلى قدرات تُعينهم على تنمية تلك العلاقة ، وأيضا كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة، والخبرة العملية، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الجنس.

Cette étude visait à identifier les rôles de l'administration scolaire dans les écoles du Sultanat d'Oman à travers lesquels la relation entre l'école et la communauté peut être développée. Un échantillon représentatif de la communauté d'origine comprenait tous les directeurs d'école et tous les directeurs adjoints, représentant 72% Le nombre total de parents de parents. Les résultats de l'étude ont révélé que certains directeurs d'école ont encore besoin de capacités pour les aider à developer cette relation. Les résultats de l'étude ont également révélé l'existence de différences statistiquement significatives dues à la variable de fonction, à l'expérience pratique et à l'absence de differences statistiquement significatives relative à la variable de genre.

This study aims to identify the significant roles of school management of the schools in the Sultanate of Oman, through which the relationship between the school and the local community could be developed. A representative sample of the indigenous community was made up of all principals, all assistants of the principals, and 72% of the total number of members of parents' councils. The results of the study revealed that some school principals still need capacities that can help them develop that relationship. The results of the study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of job and practical experience and that there are no statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of gender.
