هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف علي واقع الممارسة المهنية للإخصائيين الاجتماعين في مراكز التوحد وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية استخدمت فيها الباحثة منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل علي عينة قوامها (31) مفردة من الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين العاملين في مراكز التوحد في مدينة الرياض، ومنهج المسج الاجتماعي عن طريق العينة العمدية علي عينة قوامها (90) مفردة من أمهات أطفال التوحد واعتمدت الباحثة علي أداة الاستبانة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، وكان التطبيق الميداني لهذه الدراسة خلال العام 1436/1437 ه في الفترة من 7/4/1437 ه إلي 5/8/1438 ه، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي عدة نتائج، من أهمها: 1. أن جميع الممارسين المهنيين للخدمة الاجتماعية في مراكز التوحد في مدينة الرياض يحملون مؤهل البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في تخصص الخدمة الاجتماعية. 2. أن ما يقارب 98% من الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين في مراكز التوحد في مدينة الرياض ملتزمون بمبادئ وقيم المهنة وخاصة مبدأ السرية والعمل مع الحالة دون اعتبار للطبقة الاجتماعية أو الجنسية. 3. أن أهم المهارات التي يمتلكها الإخصائي الاجتماعي في مراكز التوحد في مدينة الرياض وهي: تكوين العلاقات المهنية مع العاملين في مركز التوحد وملاحظة سلوك الطفل التوحدي خلال الأنشطة التي يقوم بها وأثناء المقابلات الفردية، وتسجيل الأنشطة التي يقيمها الأخصائي الاجتماعي لأطفال التوحد. 4. أن دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي مع الطفل التوحدي هو بناء علاقة إيجابية مهنية مع الطفل التوحدي، وتحديد العوائق التي تحول دون إشباع احتياجات الطفل التوحدي، والتدخل المهني، وتعديل السلوك غير المرغوب فيه لدي الطفل التوحدي ومتابعته وإقامة الأنشطة المتنوعة وتشجيع الطفل التوحدي علي المشاركة في الأنشطة. 5. أن دور الإخصائي الاجتماعي مع أسرة الطفل التوحدي هو مساعدة أسر أطفال التوحد علي التخلص من الاتجاهات السلبية نحو أطفال التوحد وإرشاد الأسرة بكيفية التعامل الصحيح مع طفلهم التوحدي، وتوعية الأسرة بالخدمات المتاحة في المركز وطبيعة البرامج المقدمة لطفلهم التوحدي واستضافة الخبراء والمختصين لتثقيف أسر أطفال التوحد. 6. وأن أبرز الصعوبات التي تواجه الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين في مراكز التوحد في مدينة الرياض، هي: زيادة الأعباء الإدارية عليهم، التي لا علاقة لها بدورهم الأساسي مما يعيق قيامهم بدورهم الأساسي بشكل كامل.
The study aimed to identify the professional practice of the social workers in Riyadh autism centers. The study is a descriptive one for which the researcher used the comprehensive social survey on a sample of 31 social workers of those working in autism centers in Riyadh. The researcher also used the social survey approach by a purposeful sample consisting of 90 mothers of children with autism. The researcher depended upon the questionnaire to collect the study data. The field application of the study has been carried out during the year 1436-1437 and during the period between 7-4-1437 and 5-8-1437. The study reached the following results: 1. All the social workers working in Riyadh autism centers have BA or MA in social work 2. About 98% of the social workers in Riyadh autism centers are committed to the profession values and principles especially the principle of confidentiality and the principle of working with the case regardless of social class or nationality. 3. Amongst the most important skills that the social workers in Riyadh autism centers have are their ability to make professional relationships with the other staff personnel, observing the children with autism during their activities and interviews and recording these activities. 4. The role of the social worker in consideration with those children is to build positive professional ties with them, studying their needs, determining and explaining their situations, deciding the hindrances that hamper them from satisfying their needs, professional intervention, modifying undesired behavior, holding various activities for them and encouraging them to participate in these activities. 5. The role played by the social worker towards the families of autistic children can be summarized in: helping the families of autistic children to get rid of negative attitudes towards their children, guiding them about the correct treatment with their autistic children, enlightening the families about the services available in the center as well as the nature of the programs presented to them and interviewing experts and specialists to inform those families of autistic children. 6. The prominent difficulties facing social workers in Riyadh autism centers are : increase of clerical loads that are not of their responsibilities which impede them from playing their basic role completely.
