المستخلص: تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية التي تعد محاولة بسيطة لتسليط الضوء على العلاقة بين الإنترنت والبحث العلمي، من خلال طرح إشكالية توظيف الشبكة العالمية للمعلومات الإنترنت في البحث العلمي من طرف الطلبة الباحثين بقسم علوم التربية جامعة قسنطينة 2-الجزائر ومدى إقبالهم على استخدام مصادرها في إعداد بحوثهم الأكاديمية، وعليه نقع مشكله الدراسة في قلب التساؤل التالي الذي نقدمه كمفتاح لمدخلتنا:
ما مدى توظيف مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية المتاحة عن بعد (الإنترنت) في الإستشهادات المرجعية الواردة في البحوث العلمية الأكاديمية الجزائرية.
ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة والإجابة عن تساؤلها، تم تحليل المصادر الإلكترونية المتاحة عبر الشبكة العالمية للمعلومات "الإنترنت" في الإسشهادات المرجعية الواردة في البحوث المعدة (60 مذكرة تخرج لمستوى الماستر) تخصص علم النفس المدرسي المنجزة خلال السنة الجامعية 2013—2014 بقسم علوم التربية جامعة قسنطينة 2-الجزائر- لمعرفة مدى استعانة معديها بالمصادر الإلكترونية المتاحة عبر الإنترنت في توثيق المعلومات المستشهد بها في بحوثهم، والنسبة التي شكلها المصادر الإلكترونية قياسا إلى المصادر المطبوعة، وشكل المصادر الإلكترونية المتاحة التي تم الاستشهاد بها (كتب-أطروحات-مقالات دوريات-أبحاث مؤتمرات...الخ)،، ومدى اعتمادهم على قواعد مقننة عند إعداد استشهاداتهم المرجعية بالمصادر الإلكترونية.

Il s'agit d'un essai visant à apporter un éclairage entre internet et la recherche scientifique et la relation qui y existe, en posant la problématique autour de l'utilisation des réseaux mondiaux des données internet, dans la recherche scientifique, de la part des étudiants chercheurs en sciences de l'éducation de l'Université Constantine -2-(Algérie); cet essai cherche à connaitre l'intéret porté aux sources que propose internet dans la réalisation de leurs recherches académiques. Cette étude est au centre du questionnement suivant: Quelle est l'importance de l'utilisation des sources des données électroniques (internet) dans les citations bibliographiques se trouvant dans les recherches scientifiques, académiques, Algériennes? Pour répondre à cette question , l'analyse des sources électroniques ,proposées via le réseau internet ,ainsi que les citations bibliographiques de soixante (60) mémoires de Masters en Psychologie scolaire(année 2013-2014) a été réalisée, afin de connaitre l'importance de l'utilisation ,par les étudiants chercheurs, des ressources électroniques proposées par internet et leur utilisation dans la recherche . Par ailleurs nous avons voulu mettre en évidence la proportion que représentent les ressources électroniques comparativement aux ressources imprimées ,au type de ressources électroniques proposées et citées par les étudiants chercheurs(livres, theses ,périodiques ,séminaires...etc) ainsi que les règles pratiquées dans les références bibliographiques électroniques.

This research paper is a simple attempt to shed light on the relationship between the Internet and the scientific research, by raising the problem of the use of the Internet in the scientific research. This was done by the researcher students in the Department of Education Sciences, University of Constantine 2 – Algeria, to know the extent of their interest in the use of its sources in the preparation of their academic research . Therefore, we found the problem of the study at the following question that we offer as a key to our preface:
What is the extent of employing the available electronic sources of information remotely (Internet) in the reference citations contained in the Algerian academic scientific research?
In order to achieve the objective of the study and to answer its question, the electronic resources available through the World Wide Web (Internet) were analyzed in the reference certificates contained in the prepared research . (60 graduation notes for the Master level), the school psychology specialization completed during the 2013-2014 academic year in the Department of Education Sciences, Constantine University 2 - Algeria . This is to find out the extent to which its users use the available electronic sources on the Internet. This is to document the information cited in their research, the proportion constituted by the electronic sources compared to the printed sources, and the form of the available cited electronic sources (books - theses- articles – courses - researches conferences ... etc.). In addition to showing the extent of their reliance on codified rules in the preparation of the cited references of the electronic sources.
