المستخلص: شهدت بلدية بوسعادة نموا متزايدا وتوسعا عمرانيا سريعا، لكن في أغلب الأحيان كان هذا التوسع غير عقلاني وعلى حساب الأراضي غير القابلة للتعمير (منطقة الكثبان الرملية) ولا يخضع للضوابط القانونية العمرانية نتيجة نقص وسائل التخطيط والتهيئة، ومن هذا المنطلق تمحورت وارتسمت فكرة هذه الورقة البحثية المرسومة بـ: أثر ظاهرة زحف الرمال على التوسع العمراني، حيث تبرز هذه الظاهرة في بلدية بوسعادة بشكل واضح في الآونة الأخيرة وتعد من التحديات البيئية التي لها أبعاد اجتماعية واقتصادية سلبية والتي تجلت آثارها بوضوح في زحف الرمال على الأحياء الموجودة على حافة الشريط الرملي الواقع شمال مدينة بوسعادة، إضافة إلى أن الطرقات والجسور كذلك مهددة بهذا الخطر الذي يؤثر سلبا على حركة المرور كما هو الحال في الطريق الرابط بين بوسعادة وبن سرور وأيضا الطريق الرابط بين بوسعادة والمسيلة، هذا ما أدى إلى صعوبة قيام المدينة بمختلف وظائفها الحضرية وبالتالي تدهور البيئة العمرانية. كما يهدف بحثنا إلى معرفة أسباب زحف الرمال على المناطق العمرانية وكذلك النتائج المحصل عليها من خلال استراتيجيات حماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة والتقنيات المستعملة في مكافحة هذه الظاهرة ومدى فعاليتها لحماية وتثبيت الكثبان الرملية.

The Commun of Boussaâda has seen an exponential growth and fast urbanizing* but in most cases this expansion was irrational, and on the expense of the non buildable lands (the Dune area), this expansion doesn’t even subject to the urban legal controls, as a result of the lack of media planning and configuration; from this standpoint, the idea of this research paper focused and tagged as: The Impact of Sand Encroachment Phenomenon on Urbanization. Lately, this phenomenon has appeared clearly in the commune of Boussaâda, and it is considered as one of the environmental challenges with negative social and economic dimensions which manifested its impacts noticeably in the sand encroachment on the neighborhoods that exist on the edge of the sandy strip north of the city of Boussaâda The roads and bridges are threatened by this danger as well , which affects traffic negatively, we can see that clearly in the road that links between Boussaâda and BenSrour, And also the road that links between the Boussaâda and M’sila. That's what made it difficult for the city to do its various urban functions which leaded to deterioration of the urban environment. Our research aims to find out the causes of sand encroachment on urban areas, as well as the results obtained through environmental protection strategies in the context of sustainable development and the techniques used in the fight against this phenomenon and how effective they are to protect and stabilize the sand dunes. In order to achieve these goals, data has been collected from many sources, especially, the data of the National Bureau of Statistics and the meteorological station, as well as the documents issued by the competent associations, without forgetting the field study based on the descriptive and analytical approach, combining theoretical and practical method to analyze the data with a focus on a set of conclusions.
