المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن مستوى العبء الذهني لدى عينة من الأطباء بمدينة ورقلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تصميم أداة لقياس مستوى العبء الذهني، تحتوي على 49 بندا، وخمسة أبعاد هي: البعد الإدراكي (تعقيد المهمة)، وخصائص المهمة، وإدارة الوقت، ووتيرة العمل، والعواقب الصحية، وبعد التحقق من صلاحية الأداة وصدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة تتكون من 100 طبيب وطبيبة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى العبء الذهني لدى الأطباء بمدينة ورقلة مرتفع، ولا توجد فروق دالة بين الأطباء في مستوى العبء الذهني تعزى لطبيعة التكوين ولمدة الخدمة، لكن توجد فروق دالة بين الأطباء في مستوى العبء الذهني باختلاف الهيئة المستخدمة لصالح أطباء القطاع الخاص.

La présente étude vise à détecter le niveau de la charge mentale chez les médecins exerçant leur métier à Ouargla. Pour ce faire, un outil est conçu pour mesurer le niveau de la charge mentale, constitué de 49 articles et 5 dimensions : la dimension cognitive (complexité de la tâche), les caractéristiques de la tâche, la gestion du temps, le rythme du travail et les conséquences sanitaires. Après avoir vérifié la validité de cet outil, on l’a appliqué sur un échantillon composé de 100 médecins choisis au hasard. Cette étude a révélé que le niveau de la charge mentale était élevé chez ces médecins et qu’il n’y avait pas de différences significatives entre eux dues à la nature de formation et à la durée de leur service mais plutôt des différences significatives entre ces médecins au niveau de la charge mentale en fonction de l’organisme employeur au profit des médecins du secteur privé.

The current study aimed to detect the level of mental workload in a sample of doctors in the city of Ouargla. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was designed to measure the level of the mental workload, containing 49 items, and five dimensions: the cognitive dimension (task complexity), the task characteristics, time management, work frequency, and health consequences. After verifying the reliability of the instrument, it was applied to a sample of 100 male and female doctors , they were chosen randomly. The study found that the level of the mental workload among the doctors in the city of Ouargla was high, and there were no significant differences among the doctors in the level of the mental workload due to the nature of the composition and the period of service. However, there were differences between the doctors in the level of the mental workload which varies depending on the authority employed to achieve the interests of the doctors of the private sector.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
